Claims (9)
- 燃焼室を有する燃焼器用のマイクロミキサであって、
端部プレートと、
前記端部プレートから延在する複数のベースノズル構造体であって、各ベースノズル構造体が、内側管体及び外側管体を有する同軸管体を含む、複数のベースノズル構造体と、
混合管体の複数のバンドルにセグメント化された複数の混合管体であって、各混合管体のバンドルが、前記複数のベースノズル構造体の1つに少なくとも部分的に支持され、前記複数の混合管体が、第1の端と第2の端を備え、前記複数の混合管体の第1の端が、前記端部プレートから離れて位置づけられて、前記複数のベースノズル構造体の周りで空気流路を形成する、複数の混合管体と、
複数の燃料プレナムであって、前記混合管体の各バンドルが、前記空気流路の下流で前記複数の混合管体の第1と第2の端の間で、前記混合管体の周りに配置された、前記複数の燃料プレナムの1つを備え、前記同軸管体の前記外側管体が前記燃料プレナムの各々と流体連通し、前記同軸管体の前記内側管体が前記燃焼室と流体連通している、複数の燃料プレナムと、
前記複数の混合管体の周りに配置された取り外し可能な端部キャップ組立体と、
を備え、
前記端部プレートから延在する前記複数のベースノズル構造体が、前記空気流路、前記複数の燃料プレナム及び、セグメント化された混合管体の複数のバンドルが互いに隣接し、前記燃焼室に空気/燃料混合気を排出する単一で円形のマイクロミキサを形成するように円周状に延びる、マイクロミキサ。 - 前記各ベースノズル構造体の同軸管体のうちの外側管体が、複数の前記混合管体に燃料を供給する、請求項1に記載のマイクロミキサ。
- 空気入口を更に備える、請求項1または2に記載のマイクロミキサ。
- 前記混合管体の1つ又はそれ以上のバンドルの上流側に配置された空気調整プレートを更に備える、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のマイクロミキサ。
- 前記混合管体の1つ又はそれ以上のバンドルの上流側の空気入口に隣接して配置された空気バッフルを更に備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のマイクロミキサ。
- 前記燃料プレナム内に配置された燃料調整プレートを更に備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のマイクロミキサ。
- 前記混合管体の複数のバンドルが、空気/燃料混合気を燃焼室に供給する、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のマイクロミキサ。
- 前記マイクロミキサと外側ケーシングとの間に配置された減衰機構を更に備える、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のマイクロミキサ。
- 前記減衰機構がフラスプリングである、請求項8に記載のマイクロミキサ。
