Claims (7)
- ガスタービンエンジン(10)用の燃焼器(100)であって、
その中に径方向及び周方向のそれぞれにおいて複数配列され、束ねられた複数のミニチューブノズル(23)を備えたキャップ部材(20)とエンドカバー(18)とを含む燃焼器缶(110)と、
前記燃焼器缶(110)の周りに配置された流れ調整装置(120)と
を備えており、前記流れ調整装置(120)が、その中に前記複数のミニチューブノズル(23)の上流に均一な速度の空気流れを供給する複数のアパーチャ(140)を含み、
前記エンドカバー(18)及び前記キャップ部材(20)が筒状の内部流路(22)を形成し、前記内部流路(22)が前記キャップ部材(20)とほぼ同じ直径を持ち、前記流れ調整装置(120)が前記内部流路(22)の上流又は前記内部流路(22)内に配置され、
前記複数のミニチューブノズル(23)は、前記キャップ部材(20)を貫通し、
前記内部流路(22)からの空気が前記複数のミニチューブノズル(23)の各々を通って流れる時に、空気は燃料と混合され、燃焼チャンバ(32)内で燃焼される、
燃焼器(100)。 - 前記流れ調整装置(120)が前記エンドカバー(18)に取付けられる、請求項1記載の燃焼器(100)。
- 流れスリーブ(26)をさらに含み、前記流れ調整装置(120)が前記流れスリーブ(26)に取付けられる、請求項1記載の燃焼器(100)。
- 前記流れ調整装置(120)がシリンダ(130)を含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の燃焼器(100)。
- 前記複数のミニチューブノズル(23)の各々に燃料を供給する複数の燃料通路(30)を備え、
前記ガスタービンエンジン(10)の圧縮機(12)からの空気は、燃焼器ライナ(24)と該燃焼器ライナ(24)の外側に配置された流れスリーブ(26)との間の冷却流路(28)を通って流れ、
前記流れ調整装置(120)が前記燃焼器ライナ(24)から径方向内側に延びるプレート(230)を含み、
空気が前記複数のミニチューブノズル(23)の各々を通って流れる時に、空気は、前記燃料通路(30)からの燃料と混合され、燃焼チャンバ(32)内で燃焼される、
請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の燃焼器(100)。 - 前記流れ調整装置(120)が円錐形状を有するスクリーン又はメッシュ(310)を含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の燃焼器(100)。
- 前記流れ調整装置(120)が複数の層(330)を含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の燃焼器(100)。
