・4つの平面上にある複数のシャフトの間に選択可能なギア対が設けられている。
・レイシャフト12,14を連結するギアホイールのために(図中の)左側に5番目の平面が画定され、出力シャフト15を直接的に駆動するギアホイールのために(図中の)右側に6番目の平面が画定される。
・5組の両側動作ギアセレクタ(double acting gear selectors)21〜25が設けられ、各両側動作ギアセレクタは、典型的には、従来型の常時噛合式の連結を採用している。
・両方の出力シャフト15,16を有する全輪駆動の実施例が図示され、プライマリ出力シャフト15は、トランスミッションケーシング(車両の中央ディファレンシャル)内にディファレンシャルギア(差動ギア)26を有する。
・低速レイシャフト12は、1段〜4段の低速ギア比を有するトルク伝達経路を構成し、高速レイシャフト13は、5段および6段の高速ギア比を有するトルク伝達経路を構成する。
・出力シャフト15の回転方向を反転させるために、反転シャフト14を介して、やや一般的なバックギア比(反転ギア比)が得られる。
・詳細後述するように、2つの追加的なきわめて小さい低速ギア比、および追加的な反転ギア比が設けられる。
・これらのシャフトは平行軸31〜36上に配置される。軸35,36は、図3には同軸上に配置されているように図示されているが、実際には同軸上に配置されていない。

・第3段の速度比
セレクタ22を右方向に移動させると、駆動力は、入力シャフト11、ギアホイール対47,57、低速レイシャフト12、および出力ギアホイール67,69を介して伝達される。
・第4段の速度比
セレクタ22を左方向に移動させると、駆動力は、入力シャフト11、ギアホイール対46,56、低速レイシャフト12、および出力ギアホイール67,69を介して伝達される。
・第5段の速度比

Claims (15)
- 独立して選択可能な複数の前方速度比を有する常時噛合式ギアボックスであって、
入力軸(31)、出力軸(35)、および複数の中間軸(32〜34)を含む一連の平行回転軸(31〜35)を画定するケーシング(20)と、
入力軸、出力軸および複数の中間軸上の複数の回転可能部品の間で駆動力を伝達するギアホイール対とを備え、
複数の中間軸のうちの1つの中間軸上で回転可能な第1のシャフト(14)、および複数の中間軸のうちの別の中間軸上で回転可能な第2のシャフト(12)上で回転可能な第1の遊動部(57,60)を介して、入力軸上で回転可能な入力シャフト(11)を出力軸上で回転可能な出力部品(69)に連結することにより第1の反転速度比が実現され、
第1のシャフト(14)および第2のシャフト(12)上で回転可能な第2の遊動部(55,59)を介して、入力シャフト(11)を出力部品(69)に連結することにより第2の反転速度比が実現され、
第1および第2の遊動部は、択一的に、常時噛合式の両側動作カプラ(25)を介して第1のシャフト(14)に連結可能であることを特徴とする常時噛合式ギアボックス。 - 第1のシャフト(14)は、ギアホイール対(75,76)を介して別の中間軸上で回転可能なレイシャフト(12)に直接的に連結可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の常時噛合式ギアボックス。
- レイシャフト(12)は第2のシャフトであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の常時噛合式ギアボックス。
- 第1の遊動部(57,60)は、並行に配置され、互いに異なる径を有するギア側面形状を含むダブルギアホイールを有し、
一方のギア側面形状が入力部(57)を有し、他方のギア側面形状が出力部(60)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1に記載の常時噛合式ギアボックス。 - 第1の遊動部(57,60)の入力部(57)は、その出力部(60)より大きい径を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の常時噛合式ギアボックス。
- 第1の遊動部(57,60)は、入力シャフト(11)に常時回転連結していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1に記載の常時噛合式ギアボックス。
- 第1の遊動部(57,60)は、要求に応じて第1のシャフト(14)に連結可能なギアホイール(80)を駆動することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1に記載の常時噛合式ギアボックス。
- 第2の遊動部(55,59)は、並行に配置され、互いに異なる径を有するギア側面形状を含むダブルギアホイールを有し、
一方のギア側面形状が入力部(55)を有し、他方のギア側面形状が出力部(59)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1に記載の常時噛合式ギアボックス。 - 第2の遊動部の入力部(55)は、その出力部(59)より大きい径を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の常時噛合式ギアボックス。
- 第2の遊動部(55,59)は、入力シャフト(11)に常時回転連結していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の常時噛合式ギアボックス。
- 第2の遊動部(55,59)は、要求に応じて第1のシャフト(14)に連結可能なギアホイール(78)を駆動することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の常時噛合式ギアボックス。
- 第2の遊動部(55,59)は、転動体ベアリング(79)を介して第1のシャフト上で回転するように支持されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1に記載の常時噛合式ギアボックス。
- 第1および第2の遊動部は、各前方速度比に関する駆動部品を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1に記載の常時噛合式ギアボックス。
- 第1および第2の遊動部は、常時噛合式の両側動作カプラ(22,21)のそれぞれを介して第2のシャフトに連結可能であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の常時噛合式ギアボックス。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1に記載の常時噛合式ギアボックスを備えた車両パワートレインまたは車両。
