Claims (11)
- 第1の雄ねじ山(40)と、ドライバ工具を取り付ける手段(42)とを有した近位側区分(11)と、
前記近位側区分よりも小さい直径を有し、さらに第2の雄ねじ山(41)を有する円筒形の中央区分(12)と、
少なくとも1つの側方開口(32〜39)を備えた、ねじ山が設けられていない遠位側区分(13)と、
を少なくとも有する骨ねじ(10)であって、
該骨ねじはさらに前記近位側区分から前記遠位側区分まで延在する、前記中央区分と前記遠位側区分とにおいて一定の直径を有する中空通路(30)と、該通路によって規定される中心軸線(19)とを有しており、90°よりも小さいエッジ角度を有する少なくとも1つの切刃(71,72)が、前記側方開口(32〜39)のうちの少なくとも1つに設けられており、少なくとも2つの側方開口(32〜39)が、前記中心軸線に対して直角を成す平面内に設けられていて、該少なくとも2つの側方開口の横断面の合計が、遠位側区分における前記中空通路(30)の横断面よりも大きいことを特徴とする、骨ねじ。 - 少なくとも2つの側方開口が、前記中空通路の対向する側に位置している、請求項1記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記中央区分(12)における前記第2の雄ねじ山(41)が少なくとも1つの切欠(44)を有している、請求項1または2記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記遠位側区分(13)が中央の遠位側開口(31)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記第2の雄ねじ山(41)のピッチが、前記第1の雄ねじ山(40)のピッチよりも大きいか、又は、前記第1の雄ねじ山(40)のピッチと同じである、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記側方開口のうちの少なくとも1つは円錐形である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記側方開口のうちの少なくとも1つは楕円形である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記側方開口のうちの少なくとも1つは遠位側に向けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記側方開口(32,33)のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記骨ねじの前記中心軸線(19)に交差しない中心軸線(75,76)を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の骨ねじ。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つの骨ねじ(10)と、前記少なくとも1つの骨ねじの前記中空通路(19)内に嵌合する中空軸を有する少なくとも1つの器具(50)と、を有する、ツールキット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの器具(50)は、前記ねじ内に挿入される際に前記ねじ内の前記器具の深さを示す少なくとも1つのマーカ(52)を有している、請求項10記載のツールキット。
