Claims (12)
- アレイ基板と、カラーフィルタ基板と、前記アレイ基板と前記カラーフィルタ基板との間に位置する液晶層とを備える画素構造であって、
前記アレイ基板は、第1基板と、該第1基板に配置されるデータ線及び走査線と、画素ユニットとを備え、前記画素ユニットは、薄膜トランジスタ及び画素電極を備え、前記薄膜トランジスタは、データ線、走査線及び画素電極にそれぞれ電気接続され、前記カラーフィルタ基板は、第2基板と、該第2基板に配置される共通電極とを備え、前記共通電極と前記画素電極とが第1積層部を有することにより、前記画素ユニットの第1蓄積容量を形成し、
前記薄膜トランジスタは、ゲート電極、ソース電極及びドレイン電極を有し、前記ゲート電極は走査線に電気接続され、前記ソース電極はデータ線に電気接続され、前記ドレイン電極はビアホールを介して前記画素電極に電気接続され、
前記第1積層部は前記ビアホール箇所に形成され、

- 前記カラーフィルタ基板は、第2基板に形成される第1ブラックマトリックス及び色素層と、第1ブラックマトリックス及び色素層に形成される第2透明導電層と、第2透明導電層に形成されるフォトスペーサーと、フォトスペーサー及び第2透明導電層に形成される第2配向膜とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画素構造。
- 前記色素層は、第2基板に形成される第2ブラックマトリックスと、第2ブラックマトリックスに形成される第1赤色素層と、第1赤色素層及び第2ブラックマトリックスに形成される第1緑色素層と、第1緑色素層に形成される第1青色素層とを備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の画素構造。

前記アレイ基板は、第1基板と、該第1基板に配置されるデータ線及び走査線と、画素ユニットとを備え、前記画素ユニットは、薄膜トランジスタ及び画素電極を備え、前記薄膜トランジスタは、データ線、走査線及び画素電極にそれぞれ電気接続され、前記カラーフィルタ基板は、第2基板と、該第2基板に配置される共通電極とを備え、前記共通電極と前記画素電極とが第1積層部を有することにより、前記画素ユニットの第1蓄積容量を形成し、
前記薄膜トランジスタは、ゲート電極、ソース電極及びドレイン電極を有し、前記ゲート電極は走査線に電気接続され、前記ソース電極はデータ線に電気接続され、前記ドレイン電極はビアホールを介して前記画素電極に電気接続され、
前記第1積層部は前記ビアホール箇所に形成され、
前記画素ユニットは、第2蓄積容量をさらに有し、前記画素電極は、第2ファンアウト部を備え、前記第2ファンアウト部は、前記画素電極と共に同一の画素ユニットに位置する薄膜トランジスタとの対角箇所に設けられ、前記第2ファンアウト部と別の画素構造の走査線とが第2積層部を有することにより、前記第2蓄積容量を形成し、
前記アレイ基板は、第1基板に形成される第1金属層と、第1金属層及び第1基板に形成される絶縁層と、絶縁層に形成される第2金属層と、第2金属層及び絶縁層に形成される保護層と、保護層に形成される第1透明導電層と、第1透明導電層に形成される第1配向膜とをさらに備えることを特徴とする画素構造。 - 前記カラーフィルタ基板は、第2基板に形成される第1ブラックマトリックス及び色素層と、第1ブラックマトリックス及び色素層に形成される第2透明導電層と、第2透明導電層に形成されるフォトスペーサーと、フォトスペーサー及び第2透明導電層に形成される第2配向膜とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の画素構造。
- 前記色素層は、第2基板に形成される第2ブラックマトリックスと、第2ブラックマトリックスに形成される第1赤色素層と、第1赤色素層及び第2ブラックマトリックスに形成される第1緑色素層と、第1緑色素層に形成される第1青色素層とを備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の画素構造。
- 前記色素層は、第2基板に形成される第2赤色素層と、第2赤色素層及び第2基板に形成される第2青色素層と、第2青色素層に形成される第2緑色素層とを備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の画素構造。
- 前記第1基板は、ガラス基板或いはプラスチック基板であり、前記第2基板は、ガラス基板或いはプラスチック基板であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の画素構造。
