Description
Claims (7)
- 2つの曲率を有する複合材料製航空機パネルの作製方法であって、前記パネルが所定の配列に沿って分散した繊維(14,16,18,20)を有する3次元プリフォーム(24)から得られる方法において、
前記パネルが少なくとも2つの繊維列を有し、第1の列の繊維(14)は0°の方向を向き、第2の列の繊維(16)は90°の方向に沿って配置し、両繊維は測地線ではない軌道に沿って配置され、
前記3次元プリフォーム(24)の繊維が変形後に所望する方向に沿って配置されるように、平面プリフォーム(22)を事前に規定した軌道をたどる乾燥繊維で作製し、
前記平面プリフォーム(22)の変形前の前記第1の列の繊維(14)は、変形後の前記第1の列の繊維(14)の曲がった軌道とは異なる曲がった軌道をたどり、
前記平面プリフォーム(22)の変形前の前記第2の列の繊維(16)は、変形後の前記第2の列の繊維(16)の曲がった軌道とは異なる曲がった軌道をたどり、
前記乾燥繊維が変形時に互いに対して摺動するように、前記平面プリフォーム(22)の長手方向に沿った縦断面と長手方向と垂直な横断面の両方において前記平面プリフォーム(22)を変形させ、
前記3次元プリフォーム(24)の前記乾燥繊維を樹脂マトリクスに含浸し、前記パネルを得るために、前記3次元プリフォーム(24)を重合させることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記平面プリフォーム(22)は、形状がパネルの凸状表面の形状と合致する成形型(26)の表面に押圧することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の2つの曲率を有する複合材料製航空機パネルの作製方法。
- 前記平面プリフォーム(22)は、成形型と流し込み型との間に介在させて変形させることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の2つの曲率を有する複合材料製航空機パネルの作製方法。
- 少なくとも2つの繊維列を有する3次元プリフォームに対し、第1の列の繊維(Fi)と第2の列の繊維(Fj)との交点に相当する点Pi,jを決定し、各点Pi,jに対し、前記第1の列の前記繊維(Fi)のうち前記点Pi,jから点Pi−1,jまでの部分の長さと、前記第2の列の繊維(Fj)のうち前記点Pi,jから点Pi,j−1までの部分の長さとを測定し、前記3次元プリフォームの前記点Pi,jにそれぞれ対応する前記平面プリフォームの点P’i,jを、すでに設定した前記点P’i−1,jおよびP’i,j−1をもとに設定することを、前記点P’i−1,jとP’i,jとを隔てている距離が、前記点Pi−1,jから前記点Pi,jまでの長さと等しく、前記点P’i,j−1とP’i,jとを隔てている距離が、前記繊維の前記点Pi,j−1から前記点Pi,jまでの部分の長さと等しいことを知った上で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちいずれか一項に記載の2つの曲率半径を有する複合材料製航空機パネルの作製方法。
- 各列に対し、前記点Pi,Oを含む繊維および点PO,jを含む繊維にそれぞれ相当する基準繊維(X,Y)を決定し、前記基準繊維(X,Y)の点をもとに点P’i,jを位置決めすることからなることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の2つの曲率半径を有する複合材料製航空機パネルの作製方法。
- 前記基準繊維は、各列の中央の繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の2つの曲率半径を有する複合材料製航空機パネルの作製方法。
- 前記平面プリフォーム(22)に少なくとも2つの繊維列を設定したのちに、すでに設定した第1の列の前記繊維と交わる第3の列の前記繊維のそれぞれに対し、前記3次元形状で位置決めする前記繊維とすでに設定した前記第1の列の前記繊維との交点に相当する点Aiを位置決めし、各点Aiに対し、すでに設定した前記第1の列の前記繊維の前記点Aiからすでに設定した前記第2の列の前記基準繊維までの部分の長さを測定し、前記点Aiに対応する前記平面プリフォーム(22)での前記点A’iの位置を決定することからなり、各点A’iに対し、前記平面プリフォームにすでに設定した前記第1の列の前記繊維のうち前記点A’iからすでに設定した前記第2の列の前記基準繊維までの長さは、前記3次元プリフォームの前記第1の列の繊維のうち前記点Aiからすでに設定した前記第2の列の前記基準繊維までの部分の長さと等しいことを特徴とする、請求項4から6のうちいずれか一項に記載の2つの曲率半径を有する複合材料製航空機パネルの作製方法。
