Description
本発明組成物は、60〜70重量%の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレンと、5〜15重量%の1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンと、25〜35重量%のプロパン、プロピレンおよびエチレンから選択される少なくとも一種のグループ−Cの化合物とを含むのが有利である。
好ましいグループ−Cの化合物はプロパンである。
本発明組成物は、現在の冷却剤、例えばR−22(クロロジフルオロメタン)、R−404A(4重量%の1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン、52重量%のトリフルオロエタンおよび44重量%のペンタフルオロエタンの混合物)およびR−407C(52重量%の1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン、23重量%のジフルオロメタンおよび25重量%のペンタフルオロエタンの混合物)の代替物として冷却で使用できる。R−407Cはショッピングセンター(スーパーマーケット)、保冷輸送、ヒートポンプおよび可逆ヒートポンプで冷却剤として冷却および加熱で用いられているが、R−407CのGWP(地球温暖化係数)は1800である。
本発明組成物のGWPは450以下である。
本発明組成物は空調、好ましくは自動車の空調で用いることもできる。
本発明組成物は暖房、特にヒートポンプでの暖房、好ましくは自動車の客室の暖房で用いることができる。
本発明方法では熱交換器を介して冷却ループを内燃機関冷却回路に熱的に結合できる。従って、冷却ループは少なくとも一つの熱交換器を有し、この熱交換器中を冷却剤と熱伝導流体、特に内燃機関冷却回路の空気または水とが同時に流れる。
本発明方法では、冷却ループは分路として少なくとも一つの熱交換器を有することができ、この熱交換器は自動車の内燃機関に入る空気流または自動車の内燃機関からの放出ガスと熱的に連結する。
本発明方法の冷却ループは、ヒートポンプモード時に、ごく低温の外部からの空気を加熱し、次いで、この空気を客室に吹込み、その中の空気を新しくすることができる。低温外部空気と冷却剤との間の熱交換はループの凝縮器によって、直接または熱伝導流体を含む中間熱交換器を介して行われる。凝縮器を用いたこの熱交換によって、凝縮器を介して冷却剤を凝縮でき、さらに、この冷却剤を外部温度に近い温度にサブクールできる。
本発明方法は、内燃機関と電気モータを交互に用いて運転するように設計されたハイブリッド自動車にも同様に適している。本発明方法は、客室とバッテリーの両方に対して気候条件(高温または低温)に応じてエネルギー入力を最良に管理し、特に、熱伝導流体回路を介してバッテリーに温熱または冷熱を供給できる。
本発明はさらに、上記冷却ループを備えた装置にも関するものである。
冷却モード時には、圧縮器(11)によって圧縮された冷却剤が弁(12)を通って流れ、さらに凝縮器の役目(熱を外に放出)をする熱交換器(13)を流れ、さらに温度調整膨張弁(14)を通り、次いで蒸発器の役目をする熱交換器(15)を通る。従って、自動車の客室に吹き込まれる空気流が冷却される。
冷却回路の熱交換器は内燃機関の必要条件(内燃機関に流入する空気の加熱またはこの内燃機関が生じるエネルギーの有効利用)に応じて弁によって作動できる。
熱交換器(43、45)は空気/冷却剤型であり、熱交換器(48、47)は液体/冷却剤型である。これらの交換器の動作は[図3]に示す第3実施例のものと同じである。
本発明方法は、さらに、水素で運転する車両にも適している。
加熱モード時の可逆ヒートポンプ:
車両でのヒートポンプ運転条件での冷却剤の性能のシミュレーションを凝縮器温度を40℃に固定して行った。
