Claims (20)
- 溶融される溶融可能材料を内部に受容するよう構成された溶融部分を備えた本体と、前記溶融可能材料を溶融させるために、前記本体に隣接して配置する誘導熱源を含む、溶融可能材料を溶融するための容器であって、
前記本体は、前記溶融される溶融可能材料に接触する溶融表面を形成するように配置された複数の細長いセグメントと、
前記複数の細長いセグメントのそれぞれを隣接する細長いセグメントから電気的に絶縁するための、前記複数の細長いセグメントのそれぞれの間の絶縁材料とを含み、
前記溶融表面に陥凹を形成するために、前記絶縁材料が前記溶融表面から離れている容器。 - 前記絶縁材料は、RF透過性材料を含む、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記RF透過性材料が、電気絶縁体であり、かつ前記セグメントの材料より熱伝導性が低い、請求項2に記載の容器。
- 前記複数の細長いセグメントが、ステンレススチール、銅系、銀、又はチタン材料から形成される、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記複数の細長いセグメントが、地面に対して水平方向の長手方向に延在するよう構成される、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記複数の細長いセグメントが、地面に対して垂直方向に延在するよう構成される、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記本体が、溶融中に前記溶融部分の温度を調節するために、液体を内部に流すよう構成された1つ以上の温度調節ラインを更に含む、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記細長いセグメントのそれぞれが、溶融中に前記セグメントの温度を調節するために、内部を通じて液体を流すよう構成された少なくとも1つの温度調節ラインを含む、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記本体が、U字形構造を含む、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記誘導熱源は、前記溶融部分内に受容した前記溶融可能材料を溶融するよう構成された前記本体に隣接して配置されている、誘導コイルである、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 表面を有し、溶融される溶融可能材料を内部に受容するよう構成された溶融部分を備えた本体と、前記溶融部分内に受容した前記溶融可能材料を溶融するよう構成された、前記本体内に埋め込まれた誘導コイルと、前記本体に隣接し、溶融可能材料を前記本体から受容するための真空金型と、前記真空金型及び前記本体に真空を与えるための少なくとも1つの真空源とを含み、
前記本体は、複数の細長い誘電材料セグメントにより形成され、
前記セグメントは、前記溶融される溶融可能材料に接触する溶融表面を形成するように配置され、
前記本体に隣接して配置され、かつその中を通って移動可能である、前記溶融された材料を前記溶融部分から前記真空金型へ移動させるためのプランジャを備える、溶融可能材料を溶融するための容器。 - 前記埋め込まれた誘導コイルが、前記溶融部分を取り巻くよう構成される、請求項11に記載の容器。
- 前記埋め込まれた誘導コイルが、渦巻き形状で構成される、請求項11に記載の容器。
- 前記埋め込まれた誘導コイルが、前記溶融部分の少なくとも底部分の中にパンケーキ形状で提供される、請求項11に記載の容器。
- 前記埋め込まれた誘導コイルが、U字形状を含む、請求項11に記載の容器。
- 複数の誘導コイルが、前記溶融部分に隣接する前記本体内に埋め込まれている、請求項11に記載の容器。
- 前記複数の埋め込まれた誘導コイルのそれぞれが、U字形状を含む、請求項16に記載の容器。
- 前記埋め込まれた誘導コイルが、細長い支柱を介して接続されている本体の各端に隣接したループを含む鳥かご形状で提供される、請求項11に記載の容器。
- 前記本体内に温度調節ラインをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の容器。
- 前記本体に隣接する温度調節ラインをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の容器。
