Abstract
Description
略円盤状のヨークと、該ヨークの略中央部の一面側に突出した略円筒状のセンターポールと、前記プレートと前記ヨークに挟持されるとともに、中央部に前記センターポールが挿通する略円形の開口部が形成され、軸方向の両端面に磁極面を有する磁石と、前記磁石の外周面の一部に巻装されるとともに、一端と他端が接続された絶縁被覆導線とを備えている。

Claims (4)
- 中央部に略円形の開口部が形成され、一面側に向けて拡開するフレームと、外周縁が前記フレームに取り付けられるとともに、中央部に略円形の開口部が形成され、一面側に向けて拡開する略円錐台状の振動板と、
軸方向の一端側が前記振動板に取り付けられた略円筒状のボイスコイルボビンと、
該ボイスコイルボビンの外周面に巻装されるボイスコイルと、
中央部に略円形の開口部が形成され、前記フレームの前記開口部の周縁に取り付けられたリング状のプレートと、
略円盤状のヨークと、
該ヨークのヨーク底部の略中央部の一面側に突出した略円筒状のセンターポールと、
前記プレートと前記ヨークに挟持されるとともに、中央部に前記センターポールが挿通する略円形の開口部が形成され、軸方向の両端面に磁極面を有する磁石と、
少なくとも前記ヨーク、および前記磁石の外周面のそれぞれに巻装されるとともに、前記ヨーク底部の前記一面側とは反対側の面が被覆され、一端と他端が電気的に接続された絶縁被膜導線と、を備える

請求項1または請求項2に記載のスピーカー装置。 - 少なくともリング状のプレート、略円盤状のヨーク、該ヨークのヨーク底部の略中央の一面側に突出したセンターポール、および前記プレートと前記ヨークに挟持され磁石からなる磁気回路を構成する磁気回路構成部品のうち、少なくとも前記ヨーク、および前記磁石の外周面に、絶縁被膜導線をそれぞれ巻装する工程と、
前記ヨーク底部の前記一面側とは反対側の面に前記絶縁被膜導線を被覆する工程と、
前記ヨーク、および前記磁石の表面に混在する(+)電位と(−)電位を前記絶縁被膜導線内に閉じ込める工程と、
前記絶縁被膜導線の一端と他端を電気的に接続し、前記絶縁被膜導線内に閉じ込めた(+)電位と(−)電位を同電位とする工程と、を備える
