Abstract

A magnetic-circuit construction of the speaker comprises a yoke, a main magnet, a first central upper plate, a outer upper plate, and an auxiliary magnet with opposite-polarity. The yoke has a bottom on which a periphery is formed. The main magnet is located on the bottom of the yoke for providing the main magnetic field in the magnetic-circuit construction of the speaker. The first central upper plate is attached to the top of the main magnet whereas the outer upper plate is put on the top of the periphery of the yoke. An air gap is defined between the first central upper plate and the outer upper plate. So, a closed magnetic flux path can be generated along the main magnet, the first central upper plate, the outer upper plate, and the yoke. The auxiliary magnet with polarity opposite to the main magnet is located on the top of the first central upper plate. The height of the auxiliary magnet is much smaller than that of the main magnet. The magnetic field of the auxiliary magnet is repulsive to that of the main magnet for reducing the leakage of the magnetic-circuit construction and increasing the efficiency of the magnetic energy.
