Claims (11)
- エアフォイルの製造システムであって、
(a)流体カラムと、
(b)エアフォイルに向かう閉じ込められたレーザービームを形成する、前記流体カラムの内側のレーザービームと、
(c)前記エアフォイルの内側を流れるガスであって、前記エアフォイルの内側で前記流体カラムを分断するガスと
を備えるシステム。 - 前記ガスが蒸気又は不活性ガスである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ガスが、1平方インチあたり25ポンドを上回る圧力を有する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ガスが前記エアフォイルの内側で前記流体カラムと交差する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ガスが、前記エアフォイルの内側のガスカラムである、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- エアフォイルの製造方法であって、
(a)流体カラムの内側でレーザービームを閉じ込めて、閉じ込められたレーザービームを形成することと、
(b)前記閉じ込められたレーザービームをエアフォイルの表面に向けることと、
(c)前記閉じ込められたレーザービームを用いて前記エアフォイルの表面に穴を形成することと、
(d)前記エアフォイルの内側にガスを流すことと、
(e)前記エアフォイルの内側を流れる前記ガスを用いて前記流体カラムを分断すること
を含む方法。 - 前記エアフォイルの内側の前記流体カラムに対して実質的に垂直に前記ガスを位置合わせすることを更に含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- エアフォイルの製造方法であって、
(a)エアフォイルの表面にレーザービームを向けることと、
(b)前記エアフォイルの外側にある流体カラムの内側でレーザービームを閉じ込めて、前記エアフォイルの外側に閉じ込められたレーザービームを形成することと、
(c)前記閉じ込められたレーザービームを用いて前記エアフォイルの表面に穴を形成することと、
(d)ガスを用いて前記エアフォイルの内側で前記流体カラムを分断すること
を含む方法。 - 前記エアフォイルの内側で前記ガスを流すことを更に含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 更に、
a.前記閉じ込められたレーザービームが前記穴を超えて前記エアフォイルの内面に衝突することを防止すること、
b.前記閉じ込められたレーザービームを前記エアフォイルの内側で分散させること、及び
c.前記エアフォイルの内側で前記流体カラムに交差するように前記ガスを位置合わせすること
の少なくともいずれかを含む、請求項6乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記エアフォイルの内側の前記ガスが、前記エアフォイルの内側の蒸気又は不活性ガスである、請求項6乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
