Claims (9)
- 生体製品容器(2)の保存用ストレージ(3)と、前記ストレージ(3)から搬出された生体製品容器(2)を収容することを特徴とするマルチラック装置(1)とからなり、前記マルチラック装置(1)が、奇数個のラック(7)を具備し、該ラック(7)は前記奇数よりも1つ多い数の区画(12、120)を有するプラットフォーム(6)内に収容可能で、一時的に空いている区画(12、120)の存在を利用することで前記プラットフォーム(6)の前記区画(12、120)の1つから別の前記区画(12、120)へと横又は縦にスライド可能で、さらに前記ラック(7)は順次前記ストレージ(3)の排出管(5)に対し垂直方向にある動作区画(120)に陣取る実験室自動化システム(4)において、
前記ストレージ(3)は、前記動作区画(120)を順番に占拠する前記ラック(7)の1つに前記排出管(5)を介して搬出された前記生体製品容器(2)の数を記憶するストレージ制御部(30)を有し、
前記ストレージ制御部(30)は、前記動作区画(120)を順番に占拠する前記ラック(7)の1つが所定の数の生体製品容器(2)で満たされたとき、前記ラック(7)を1つの区画(12,120)から別の区画(12,120)へスライドさせることを特徴とする実験室自動化システム(4)。 - 前記生体製品容器(2)で満たされた前記ラック(7)の数のカウントし続ける実験室自動化システム制御部(40)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の実験室自動化システム(4)。
- 各前記ラック(7)は1つの単一ラックプラットフォーム(8)に載せられ、前記単一ラックプラットフォーム(8)の寸法は、全ての前記単一ラックプラットフォーム(8)が前記一時的に空いている区画(12、120)以外の前記プラットフォーム(6)の表面をちょうど埋めるような寸法となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の実験室自動化システム(4)。
- 前記単一ラックプラットフォーム(8)は、前記ラック(7)を保持するための保持具(9)を上底に有し、前記プラットフォーム(6)の前記区画(12、120)に沿って前記プラットフォーム(8)がスライドしやすくなるための車輪(10)を下底に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の実験室自動化システム(4)。
- 1つ又は複数の前記ラック(7)の前記プラットフォーム(6)の前記区画(12、120)の1つから別の前記区画(12、120)へのスライドは、前記プラットフォーム(6)の周辺から突出するレバー(14)が前記ラック(7)を収容する1つの前記単一ラックプラットフォーム(8)の側面に衝突することによって実現し、前記レバー(14)は前記プラットフォーム(6)の各側に1つずつあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の実験室自動化システム(4)。
- 前記ラック(7)の1つの区画(12,120)から別の区画(12,120)への前記スライドが、前記プラットフォームの周囲に沿って移動する複数の空気圧シリンダ(13)によって達成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の実験室自動化システム(4)。
- 前記レバー(14)の各々が前記空気圧シリンダ(13)の各々に結合され、前記レバー(14)が前記空気圧シリンダ(13)と共に摺動して前記単一ラックプラットホーム(8)の側面に衝突することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の実験室自動化システム(4)。
- 前記マルチラック装置(1)が前記動作区画(120)における前記ラック(7)の1つの存在を検知する存在検知センサ(15)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の実験室自動化システム(4)。
- 前記マルチラック装置(1)が前記ラック(7)のスライド中に警戒/危険信号として機能する光信号機(18)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の実験室自動化システム(4)。
