Description
The present invention relates to a slit nozzle for spraying a fluid.
Conventionally, various slit nozzles have been proposed in order to uniformly spray detergents, chemicals, and the like on products. As a slit nozzle, for example, Patent Document 1 describes a nozzle provided with an ejection port for ejecting one liquid between gaps ejecting two gases. In the slit nozzle described in Patent Document 1, an ejection port for ejecting liquid is sandwiched between two gaps for ejecting gas, and two gaps for ejecting gas with respect to a direction in which the ejection port for ejecting liquid extends. The extending direction intersects at an acute angle. Therefore, the liquid can be sprayed uniformly.
As techniques different from the slit nozzle,
As a method of heating the slit nozzle as described in Patent Document 1, a method of installing an electric heater or a jacket pipe outside the slit nozzle is generally known. If the slit nozzle can be heated in this way, solidification of the liquid to be sprayed can be prevented, the risk of damage to the slit nozzle due to clogging or clogging of the injection nozzle due to solidification of the liquid can be suppressed, and the liquid can be atomized uniformly and sprayed. It becomes possible.
However, the method of heating the slit nozzle by installing an electric heater or jacket pipe outside the slit nozzle raises the manufacturing cost, and it is difficult to attach and detach the electric heater or jacket pipe once installed. It was. Moreover, in the slit nozzle of patent document 1, when heating the liquid to eject, gas is ejected between the electric heater or jacket piping installed in the outer side of a slit nozzle, and the injection nozzle which ejects a liquid. Because of the presence of voids, the adjustment of heating of the ejected liquid was unstable.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a slit nozzle that can eliminate the drawbacks of the prior art described above.
The present invention sandwiches a laminate composed of a pair of vertically long first intermediate member and second intermediate member between the first seal member on the first intermediate member side and the second seal member on the second intermediate member side, A slit nozzle integrated with the first member on the first seal member side and the second member on the second seal member side, wherein the slit nozzle is integrated. And a second gas in the gap between the second member and the second intermediate member. A passage is formed, and when the tip of the slit nozzle is viewed in cross-section, the extending direction of the first gas channel and the extending direction of the second gas channel with respect to the extending direction of the liquid channel Are crossed at an acute angle, and the front end of the slit nozzle is viewed from the front, and the first gas flow path is disposed on both sides of the liquid flow path and the liquid flow path. The jet nozzle and the jet port of the second gas channel each provide a slit nozzle extending in the longitudinal direction.
According to the present invention, it is inexpensive, has good maintainability, can stably adjust the heating of the liquid, can prevent the liquid to be sprayed from solidifying, and can atomize and spray the liquid uniformly.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10, when the
Furthermore, in the slit nozzle 1, the

As the liquid sprayed by the slit nozzle 1, various liquids can be used depending on the application. In particular, since the slit nozzle 1 has a heating means, a high-viscosity liquid that easily becomes solid at room temperature is used. You can also

Next, the operation of the slit nozzle 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.

In the slit nozzle 1, as shown in FIG. 9, the extending direction of the first

In the slit nozzle 1, as shown in FIG. 8, the heating means 25, 35 has a

In the slit nozzle 1, as shown in FIG. 8, the

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited by the examples.

[Performance evaluation]
Regarding the spray nozzle of Example 1, it was evaluated whether or not solidification of the sprayed liquid could be prevented even when a highly viscous liquid that solidifies at room temperature was used. As the liquid to be sprayed, an aqueous solution containing 70% by mass of sodium lauryl sulfate as a main component was used. The viscosity of the aqueous solution at 60 ° C. was 7,750 mPa · s. The gas used was air. Next, the slit nozzle of Example 1 is installed so that the tip portion is in the horizontal direction, and the liquid is discharged from the
From the above measurement results, in the slit nozzle of Example 1, the aqueous solution does not solidify in the
[Performance evaluation 2]
Regarding the spray nozzle of Example 1, the suppression effect of the temperature drop of the liquid flow path by having arrange | positioned the heat insulation member was evaluated. The gas flow rate was set to 250 NL / min without discharging the liquid. The other conditions were that the liquid was ejected from the
