Claims (15)
- 複数の熱交換器管(48,148)を備えるガスタービンエンジン用熱交換器装置(40,140)であって、各熱交換器管(48,148)が、互いに平行な2つの離間した同一の脚部(50,150)を備えており、各脚部(50,150)が第1の端部(52,152)と第2の端部(54)とを有していて、第2の端部(54)同士が2つの脚部(50,150)の間で横方向に延在するブリッジ(56)によって接続されており、各脚部(50,150)が、第1の端部(52,152)の側に、第1の屈曲部が付随する第1の直立セグメント(58)と、第2の端部(54)の側に、第2の屈曲部が付随する第2の直立セグメント(62)と、それらの間の直線状セグメント(60)とを備えており、前記熱交換器管(48,148)は、各熱交換器管(48,148)のブリッジ(56)が少なくとも1つの他の熱交換器管(48,148)に連結しかつ接触するように繰り返しパターンで置かれている、ガスタービンエンジン用熱交換器装置(40,140)。
- 各熱交換器管(48,148)が、2つ以上の位置で他の熱交換器管(48,148)に連結されている、請求項1に記載の装置(40,140)。
- 各熱交換器管(48,148)が、3つの位置で他の熱交換器管(48,148)に連結されている、請求項1に記載の装置(40,140)。
- 隣接する熱交換器管(48,148)の間の連結が、前記熱交換器管(48,148)の相互に共有する壁部によって画定されている、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の装置(40,140)。
- 流体マニホールド(42,142)をさらに備え、各熱交換器管(48,148)の各脚部の第1の端部(52,152)が、前記流体マニホールド(42,142)と流体連通して接続されている、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の装置(40,140)。
- 前記流体マニホールド(42,142)が、少なくとも1つの入口流路(44,144)と、少なくとも1つの出口流路(46,146)とを備え、各熱交換器管(48,148)の一方の脚部の第1の端部(52,152)が入口流路(44,144)に接続されており、各熱交換器管(48,148)の他方の脚部の第1の端部(52,152)が、出口流路(46,146)に接続されている、請求項5に記載の装置(40,140)。
- 各熱交換器管(48,148)のブリッジ(56)が、隣接する熱交換器管(48,148)の脚部(50)に連結されている、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の装置(40,140)。
- 前記流体マニホールド(42)が、2つの入口流路(44,44’)と、1つの出口流路(46)とを備え、第1の熱交換器管(48)が第1の入口流路(44)及び出口流路(46)に接続され、第2の熱交換器管(48’)が第2の入口流路(44’)及び出口流路(46)に接続されている、請求項6又は請求項7に記載の装置(40,140)。
- 前記入口流路(44,44’)と平行な基準軸線(B)に対して、2つの入口流路(44,44’)は略同じ軸方向位置にあるが互いに横方向にオフセットしており、第1の熱交換器管(48)のブリッジ(56)が第2の熱交換器管(48’)の第1の脚部(50’)に接触している、請求項8に記載の装置(40,140)。
- 前記直線状セグメント(60)の各々が、前記脚部(50)の第1の端部(52,152)と流体連通した入口流路(44,44’)と平行な基準軸線(B)に沿って延在する、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の装置(40,140)。
- 前記熱交換器管(48,148)が、2つの離間した列で配置されており、前記列の熱交換器管(48,148)が、前記脚部(50)の第1の端部(52,152)と流体連通した入口流路(44,44’)と平行な基準軸線(B)に対して左右対称に鋭角で置かれている、請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の装置(40,140)。
- 第1の列の熱交換器管(48,148)が、第2の列の熱交換器管(48,148)と連動している、請求項11に記載の装置(40,140)。
- 前記熱交換器管(48,148)の少なくとも1つの外側表面(53)が、面積増大構造を備える、請求項1乃至請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の装置(40,140)。
- 前記面積増大構造が、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換器管(48,148)とは異なる材料で作製されている、請求項13に記載の装置(40,140)。
- 流路が、選択された流れの方向に沿ってほぼ一定の流れ領域を有する熱交換器管(48,148)の間で画定されている、請求項1乃至請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の装置(40,140)。
