Claims (3)
- 複数の強化繊維層を積層した積層体にマトリクスを含浸・硬化させた複合材からなり、前記強化繊維層の厚さ方向に貫通する貫通穴を有する複合材軽量継手であって、
前記複数の強化繊維層のうちの少なくとも一つの強化繊維層が、多数の強化繊維を帯状に引き揃えてなり、前記貫通穴の周囲に沿ったラウンド部を有する強化繊維束を備え、前記強化繊維束のラウンド部に撚りをかけた複合材軽量継手。 - 前記ラウンド部の周方向両端において、内周側の強化繊維と外周側の強化繊維とを入れ替えた請求項1に記載の複合材軽量継手。
- 前記強化繊維束が直線部をさらに有し、前記直線部にも撚りをかけた請求項1又は2に記載の複合材軽量継手。
