Description
暖めるべき空間は必ずしも1つの部屋に限定されない。従来的には、住居には1つのサーモスタットしかなく、温度は一部屋でのみ測定され、1つの所望の温度しか設定できない。このような場合でも、CH設備は二部屋以上を暖める。大抵の場合、サーモスタットがある部屋の温度が、設定される所望温度に最も近いであろうが、同じサーモスタットを用いて他の部屋の温度も「制御」する。同様に、本発明の「空間」の用語は、一部屋に限定されると理解してはならない。空間は二部屋以上を含み得る。多くの場合、空間はある部屋の一部のみを含むことができる。たとえば熱損失が大きい長い廊下の場合、廊下の2つの端は、自己の制御回路を有する各ラジエータによって暖められる。
Claims (16)
- 少なくとも1つの遠隔サーモスタットから分離された温水器具であって、
前記温水器具は、
水を加熱するための加熱部材と、
前記加熱部材を制御するための制御部とを備え、前記制御部は、暖めるべき空間の所望の温度を記憶するためのメモリ、および前記制御部に接続される入出力部を含み、
前記入出力部は測定された温度を表わす信号を受取るよう適合され、さらに
前記制御部は所望の温度および測定された温度に基づき、前記加熱部材を制御し、
前記少なくとも1つの遠隔サーモスタットは、
ハウジングと、
温度を表わす信号を与える温度センサと、
前記制御部に送られる所望の温度が入力されるコントロールパネルとを備え、
前記制御部は、所望の温度が送られ、前記加熱部材を駆動させる目的で制御作用を定めるように構成され、前記温水器具のハウジング内に組み込まれる、温水器具。 - 前記入出力部は、前記入出力部に接続されている少なくとも1つの作動装置から動作命令を受取るよう適合され、前記制御部は受取られた動作命令に基づき、前記加熱部材を制御するよう適合される、請求項1に記載の温水器具。
- 前記制御部は、受取った動作命令をメモリに記憶するよう適合される、請求項2に記載の温水器具。
- 予め設定された所望の温度または所望の温度向けの予め定められたプログラムがメモリに記憶され、前記制御部は、動作命令が受取られないまたは記憶されない場合、前記予め設定された温度または前記予め定められたプログラムに基づき、前記加熱部材を制御するよう適合される、請求項2または3に記載の温水器具。
- 前記入出力部は、ネットワークを介してデータを交換するためのネットワーク結合部をさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の温水器具。
- 前記温水器具を作動させる目的のために、前記ネットワーク結合部を介してユーザインターフェイスを利用可能にするためのウェブサーバをさらに備える、請求項5に記載の温水器具。
- 前記ウェブサーバによって利用可能となった前記ユーザインターフェイスは、前記ネットワーク結合部を介してアクセス可能となる、請求項6に記載の温水器具。
- 前記ユーザインターフェイスは、ユーザが以下の動作の少なくとも1つを行なうことができるよう適合される:
−所望の温度を入力する、
−所望の温度用のプログラムを入力する、
−測定された温度を見る、
−前記温水器具に関連する状態情報を見る、
−メンテナンス情報を見る、
−エラーメッセージを見る、
−性能データを見る、および
−前記温水器具を調整する、請求項6または7に記載の温水器具。 - 前記入出力部は無線通信装置を含む、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の温水器具。
- 前記作動装置は前記無線通信装置を介して前記制御部に接続可能である、請求項9に記載の温水器具。
- 前記メモリは、暖めるべき2つ以上の空間の所望温度を記憶するよう適合され、
前記制御部は、前記暖めるべき2つ以上の空間の所望温度および測定された温度に基づき、前記加熱部材を制御するよう適合される、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の温水器具。 - 前記入出力部は、各々が測定された温度を表わす2つ以上の信号を受取るよう適合され、
前記制御部は、前記暖めるべき空間の所望温度または前記暖めるべき2つ以上の空間の所望温度と、前記2つ以上の測定された温度とに基づき、前記加熱部材を制御するよう適合される、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の温水器具。 - 前記制御部は、暖めるべき空間もしくは暖めるべき2つ以上の空間の所望温度と、測定された温度との偏差を定め、前記加熱部材を制御するために、前記偏差に重み付けを与える、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の温水器具。
- 前記無線通信装置を介して通知を送るための通知部材をさらに備える、請求項9に記載の温水器具。
- 前記加熱部材、前記制御部、および前記入出力部が収容されるハウジングをさらに備える、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の温水器具。
- 前記装置はCHボイラーまたはコンビボイラーを含む、請求項1から15のいずれかに記載の温水器具。
