Description
Claims (14)
- 第1の管状体と、
前記第1の管状体内の第2の管状体と、
前記第1の管状体内で、支持面上に複数の固体照明(SSL)要素を支持する支持構造体と、
を含み、
前記複数のSSL要素は、第1の範囲を含む様々な角度で光を放射し、
前記支持構造体は、前記第1の管状体及び前記第2の管状体によって前記第1の管状体内に固定され、
前記支持構造体は、プリント回路基板及びヒートシンクの少なくとも1つから選択される担体を含み、
前記複数のSSL要素は、前記担体に取り付けられ、
前記担体は、前記支持面から延在する少なくとも1つの管受容部材を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの管受容部材は、前記第2の管状体と係合する、照明デバイス。 - 前記第1の管状体は、前記複数のSSL要素の発光面に向いている拡散及び/又は反射領域を備え、前記拡散及び/又は反射領域は、前記第1の範囲内の放射角で前記複数のSSL要素によって放射される光を拡散及び/又は反射するような寸法にされる、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記拡散及び/又は反射領域は、フィルム又はコーティングによって提供される、請求項2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記第1の管状体及び前記第2の管状体の少なくとも1つは、ガラスで作られている、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記管受容部材は、前記第2の管状体と係合する弓形の表面部を含む、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記支持構造体は、前記支持面を含む容器を含み、前記容器は更に、前記支持面の反対側にあって前記支持面から複数の側面によって離れている光出射窓を含み、前記光出射窓は、前記第1の範囲の放射角で前記複数のSSL要素によって放射される光が、前記容器を直接出ることを可能にするような寸法にされ、
前記支持構造体は、前記支持面から前記光出射窓まで延在する拡散及び/又は反射構造体であって、前記第1の範囲外の放射角で前記複数のSSL要素によって放射される光が、前記容器を直接出ないようにする拡散及び/又は反射構造体を含む、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。 - 前記複数の側面は、前記拡散及び/又は反射構造体を含む、請求項6に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記拡散及び/又は反射構造体は、前記第1の範囲外の角度で前記複数のSSL要素によって放射される光を前記光出射窓に向けて方向転換させる少なくとも1つの傾斜セクションを含む、請求項6に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記傾斜セクションを、少なくとも2つ含み、前記少なくとも2つの傾斜セクションのそれぞれは、別個のコンポーネントによって提供される、請求項8に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記第2の管状体は、透明又は半透明である、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの口金を更に含み、
前記少なくとも1つの口金は、
前記第1の管状体と係合する第1の係合特徴と、
前記第2の管状体と係合する第2の係合特徴と、
前記支持構造体と係合する第3の係合特徴と、
を含む、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。 - 請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイスを含む、照明器具。
- 請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイスを組み立てる方法であって、
前記第1の管状体内に、前記第2の管状体を挿入するステップと、
前記第1の管状体内に、前記支持構造体を挿入するステップと、
前記支持構造体を、前記第1の管状体内に、前記第1の管状体及び前記第2の管状体を使用して固定するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記第1の管状体は、前記複数のSSL要素に向く拡散及び/又は反射領域であって、フィルムによって提供される拡散及び/又は反射領域を備え、前記方法は更に、
前記第1の管状体内に、前記第2の管状体を用いて、前記フィルムを挿入するステップと、前記フィルムを前記第1の管状体に貼り付けるステップと、
を含む、請求項13に記載の照明デバイスを組み立てる方法。
