Description
所定の方向に並ぶ複数の蓄電素子と、
所定の方向において複数の蓄電素子の両側に並んで配置される一対の隣接体と、
一対の隣接体同士を連結する連結部材と、を備え、
隣接体は、所定の方向に重ね合わされた3以上の部材を有すると共に、所定の方向において蓄電素子と隣接し、
各部材は、一方の面が凹をなし、一方の面の裏面が凸をなす位置決め部を有し、
各部材の位置決め部のそれぞれは、互いに対応する位置に配置され、
隣り合う部材のうちの一方の部材の位置決め部が隣り合う部材のうちの他方の部材の位置決め部に挿入されることによって隣り合う部材が相対的に位置決めされている。
各部材は、位置決め部を複数有することが好ましい。
3以上の部材のうちの最も蓄電素子側に配置される部材は、絶縁部材であり、
3以上の部材のうちの残りの部材は、金属製であってもよい。
隣り合う部材のうちの一方の部材の位置決め部の凹は、奥に当該凹の開口よりも大きな内周の凹側大径部を有し、
隣り合う部材のうちの他方の部材の位置決め部の凸は、当該凸の先端側に凹側大径部内に配置される凸側大径部であって開口よりも大きな外周の凸側大径部を有することが好ましい。
各位置決め部は、重ねられた状態の3以上の部材を一括して部分的に押圧成型することによって形成されてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 所定の方向に並ぶ複数の蓄電素子と、
前記所定の方向において前記複数の蓄電素子の両側に並んで配置される一対の隣接体と、
前記一対の隣接体同士を連結する連結部材と、を備え、
前記隣接体は、前記所定の方向に重ね合わされた3以上の部材を有すると共に、前記所定の方向において前記蓄電素子と隣接し、
各部材は、一方の面が凹をなし、前記一方の面の裏面が凸をなす位置決め部を有し、
前記各部材の位置決め部のそれぞれは、互いに対応する位置に配置され、
隣り合う部材のうちの一方の部材の位置決め部が前記隣り合う部材のうちの他方の部材の位置決め部に挿入されることによって前記隣り合う部材が相対的に位置決めされている、蓄電装置。 - 前記各部材は、前記位置決め部を複数有する、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記3以上の部材のうちの最も蓄電素子側に配置される部材は、絶縁部材であり、
前記3以上の部材のうちの残りの部材は、金属製である、請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記隣り合う部材のうちの一方の部材の位置決め部の凹は、奥に当該凹の開口よりも大きな内周の凹側大径部を有し、
前記隣り合う部材のうちの他方の部材の位置決め部の凸は、当該凸の先端側に前記凹側大径部内に配置される凸側大径部であって前記開口よりも大きな外周の凸側大径部を有する、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記各位置決め部は、重ねられた状態の前記3以上の部材を一括して部分的に押圧成型することによって形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
