Description

Claims (17)
- 雄の哺乳動物の個体を一時的に不妊にする男性用避妊装置であって、
制御された期間に、前立腺および精嚢の出口管に近接した精管の膨大部の下流領域で、精管を制限し、植込まれた時に、前記前立腺と前記精管の膨大部の間の領域に収容される構造を有する、植込み可能な制限デバイスを備え、前記制限デバイスはそれによって、精子が尿道に到達する事の防止が可能であり、
前記制限デバイスの動作を制御する制御デバイスを備える、
避妊装置。 - 前記制限デバイスは、精管中の流れを止めるように精管の組織壁のうちの膨大部の下流の少なくとも一部分を締め付けるための締め付けデバイスを備える、請求項1に記載の避妊装置。
- 前記締め付けデバイスは調節可能であり、精管の壁部分の制限を変更するために調節可能な前記締め付けデバイスを動作させるための動作デバイスとを備える、請求項2に記載の避妊装置。
- 前記動作デバイスは、手動で動作される、請求項3に記載の避妊装置。
- 前記動作デバイスは、機械式に、液圧式に、又は非磁気的および/または非手動で制限デバイスを動作させる、請求項3に記載の避妊装置。
- 前記動作デバイスは、電動の動作デバイスを備える、請求項3に記載の避妊装置。
- 前記動作デバイスは、モータまたサーボ・システムを備える、請求項6に記載の避妊装置。
- 前記動作デバイスは前記締め付けデバイスを機械式に動作させ、そして前記制限デバイスは、器官の異なる側部において患者の精管中の流れの方向に器官に沿って延びる細長いクランプ要素を少なくとも2つ具備し、前記動作デバイスは、壁部分を締め付けるためにクランプ要素間で壁部分をクランプ留めするようにクランプ要素を動作させる、請求項3に記載の避妊装置。
- 前記制限デバイスは、精管中の流れに影響を及ぼすように前記壁部分を収縮させるように、精管の組織壁のうち膨大部の下流領域にある壁部分を刺激する刺激デバイスを備える、請求項1に記載の避妊装置。
- 前記制御デバイスが、検知された機能パラメータまたは患者の物理的パラメータに応じて壁部分に対する前記刺激デバイスからの刺激の強さを制御する、請求項9に記載の避妊装置。
- 前記制御デバイスが前記刺激デバイスを次のように制御して、すなわち、締め付けられた壁部分に対して、それに収縮が生じるような刺激が前記刺激デバイスから施されるように制御し、精管中の流れを停止または完全に停止させるようにする、請求項9に記載の避妊装置。
- 前記制御デバイスは、第1モードでは、締め付けられた壁部分を刺激して精管中の流れを止めるように、そして、第2モードでは、壁部分の刺激を停止させて精管中の流れを許容するように、前記刺激デバイスを制御する、請求項9に記載の避妊装置。
- 前記制御デバイスは、壁部分の異なる領域を間欠的かつ個別に刺激するように前記刺激デバイスを制御し、少なくとも少なくとも2つの領域が異なる時点に刺激される、請求項9に記載の避妊装置。
- 前記制御デバイスは、壁部分の1またはそれ以上の領域を一度に刺激するように、前記刺激デバイスを制御し、
前記制御デバイスは、患者の精管中の流れと同じまたは反対の方向に壁部分に沿った領域の刺激を周期的に伝搬するように、前記刺激デバイスを制御し、または、
前記制御デバイスは、決められた刺激パターンに従って、領域の刺激を周期的に伝搬するように前記刺激デバイスを制御する、請求項9に記載の避妊装置。 - 前記刺激デバイスは、患者の壁部分の領域を電気パルスで電気刺激し、
前記刺激デバイスは、前記壁部分に契合する少なくとも1つの電気素子を含み、電気パルスで前記壁部分を刺激し、
前記刺激デバイスは、複数の電気素子を含む、請求項9に記載の避妊装置。 - 請求項1に記載の避妊装置を備えるシステム。
- 装置の移植可能なエネルギーを消費しているコンポーネントを駆動するための移植可能な内部エネルギー源を備え、
移動エネルギーのための外部のエネルギー源を無線モードに含み、前記内部エネルギー源は、無線モードで移されるエネルギーによって充電可能である、請求項16に記載のシステム。
