Claims (4)
- 鉄心無し放射状磁束モータシステムであって:
中心ハブ部に固定される一対の対向環状端部接続部材と、
対向辺部と、第1の複数の導体開口部が第1の複数の平行導体の間に位置付けられて前記対向辺部の間に架設される第1の複数の平行導体と、を含む第1導体板であって、該第1導体板が、前記第1の複数の平行導体が環状モータ構成部材の半径方向軸に対して垂直に構成されて環状モータ構成部材を形成する、前記第1導体板と、
対向辺部と、第2の複数の導体開口部が第2の複数の平行導体の間に位置付けられて前記対向辺部の間に架設される第2の複数の平行導体と、を含む第2導体板と、を備え、
前記第2導体板は、第2導体板の対向辺部が、該対向辺部に対向する第1導体板の対向辺部の内側に配置されるようにして、前記第1導体板の内側に取り付けられ、かつ第2導体板は、第2導体板の対向辺部を、該対向辺部に対向する第1導体板の対向辺部に電気的に接続することにより、第1導体板と電気的に直列接続されて、前記第1の複数の平行導体が前記第2の複数の導体開口部の内部に配置され、かつ前記第2の複数の平行導体が前記第1の複数の導体開口部の内部に配置されて、前記第1の複数の平行導体、及び前記第2の複数の平行導体の中の隣接する導体が、略連続する外側導体表面を形成するようになる、鉄心無し放射状磁束モータシステム。 - 前記第1導体板及び前記第2導体板は、導体板ペアを構成し、前記鉄心無し放射状磁束モータシステムは更に、所望のモータ性能特性に対応する所望の巻装厚さに従って直列接続される複数の導体板ペアを備える、請求項1に記載の鉄心無し放射状磁束モータシステム。
- 前記第1導体板及び前記第2導体板の各導体板は、前記第1及び第2導体板と前記中心ハブ部との間で電力を伝送するように動作する1つ以上のスリップリングを介して、前記中心ハブ部に電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載の鉄心無し放射状磁束モータシステム。
- 前記第1導体板及び前記第2導体板の各導体板を陽極酸化して、前記導体板を、隣接する導体板またはモータシステム構成部材から電気的に絶縁し、前記第2導体板を前記第1導体板に一方の端部で溶接して、電気接続部を前記導体板の間に形成し、前記第1及び第2導体板は、アルミニウムまたは銅を含む、請求項1に記載の鉄心無し放射状磁束モータシステム。
