Claims (9)
- 第1波長の光を発する固体光源と波長変換素子とを有し、
前記波長変換素子は、前記第1波長の光を受光し、前記第1波長の光の少なくとも一部を第2波長の光に変換し、
前記波長変換素子は、前記第1波長及び前記第2波長の光に対して透明である高分子キャリア材料を有し、
前記高分子キャリア材料は、前記第1波長の光を前記第2波長の光に変換する第1有機波長変換材料を有し、
前記高分子キャリア材料の酸素拡散係数(D)は、25℃で8x10−13cm2/s以下であり、
前記高分子キャリア材料は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)及び/若しくはそのコポリマー、並びに/又はポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)及び/若しくはそのコポリマーを有するか、又はポリアクリロニトリル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、セルロース、ポリアミド、及びエチレンビニルアルコールの少なくとも1つを有し、
前記第1有機波長変換材料は、ペリレン誘導体を有する、
発光装置。 - 前記高分子キャリア材料の前記酸素拡散係数(D)は、25℃で4x10−13cm2/s以下である、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記高分子キャリア材料の前記酸素拡散係数(D)は、25℃で1x10−13cm2/s以下である、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記高分子キャリア材料は、半結晶高分子材料を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記高分子キャリア材料は、60℃以上のガラス転移温度を有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記高分子キャリア材料は、100℃以上のガラス転移温度を有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記高分子キャリア材料は、第1波長及び/又は第2波長の光を第3波長の光に変換する第2波長変換材料を有する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換素子における前記第1有機波長変換材料の含有量は、1重量%以下である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記光源及び前記波長変換素子は、互いに離隔して配置されている、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
