Description
Claims (10)
- 底部及び前記底部と接続された第1側壁及び第2側壁を含む収納容器と、
前記底部によって支持され、前記第1側壁と隣接する第1光源モジュールと、
前記第1側壁の外側面と接触し、第一端部が前記第1光源モジュールをカバーするように前記第1側壁を覆う第1光源カバーと、を含むことを特徴とするバックライトアセンブリ。 - 前記第1光源カバーは、
前記第1側壁の外側面と接触する側壁カバー部と、
前記側壁カバー部の一側部から湾曲され、前記底部と部分的に接触する下端部と、
前記側壁カバー部の前記一側の反対側から前記下端部の湾曲方向と同一な方向に湾曲されて前記下端部と対向し、前記第1光源モジュール上に配置された光源カバー部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。 - 前記第1光源モジュールと所定間隔離隔され、前記第2側壁と隣接して配置された第2光源モジュールをさらに含み、
前記第1光源モジュールは、
前記第1側壁に沿って、一列に配列された複数の第1光源、前記第1光源が実装される第1駆動基板、前記第1駆動基板の第一端部に形成され、前記第1光源を駆動する駆動電圧を伝送する第1接続配線と接続された第1コネクタを含み、
前記第2光源モジュールは、
前記第1光源の配列方向に沿って一列に配列された複数の第2光源、前記第2光源が実装される第2駆動基板、前記第2駆動基板の第一端部に形成され、前記第2光源を駆動する駆動電圧を伝送する第2接続配線と接続された第2コネクタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。 - 前記収納容器の前記第1側壁の反対方向に配置された第2側壁と隣接する第2光源モジュールと、
前記第2側壁の外側面と接触し、第一端部が前記第2光源モジュールをカバーするように前記第2側壁を覆う第2光源カバーと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。 - 映像を表示する表示パネルと、
前記表示パネルに光を照射する第1光源モジュール、前記第1光源モジュールと隣接する第1側壁及び前記第1側壁と接続された底部を含む収納容器、及び前記第1側壁の外側面と接触し、第一端部が前記第1光源モジュールをカバーするように前記第1側壁を覆う第1光源カバーと、を含むバックライトアセンブリを備えることを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記第1光源モジュールと対向する入射面及び前記入射面に入射された光を出射する出射面を含む導光板をさらに含み、
前記第1光源カバーは、
前記第1側壁の外側面と接触する側壁カバー部と、
前記側壁カバー部の一側から湾曲されて前記底部と部分的に接触する下端部と、
前記側壁カバー部の前記一側の反対側から前記下端部の湾曲方向と同一な方向に湾曲されて前記下端部と対向し、前記第1光源モジュール上に配置された光源カバー部を含み、
前記光源カバー部は、前記側壁カバー部の反対側から前記導光板に向って延長して、前記第1光源モジュール及び前記出射面の一部をカバーすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の表示装置。 - 前記バックライトアセンブリは、前記第1側壁と隣接し、前記第1光源モジュールと所定間隔離隔されて配置された第2光源モジュールをさらに含み、
前記第1光源モジュールは、
前記第1側壁に沿って一列に配列された複数の第1光源、前記第1光源が実装される第1駆動基板、前記第1駆動基板の第一端部に形成され、前記第1光源を駆動する駆動電圧を伝送する第1接続配線と接続された第1コネクタと、を含み、
前記第2光源モジュールは、
前記第1光源の配列方向に沿って一列に配列された複数の第2光源、前記第2光源が実装される第2駆動基板、前記第2駆動基板の第一端部に形成され、前記第2光源を駆動する駆動電圧を伝送する第2接続配線と接続された第2コネクタと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の表示装置。 - 前記バックライトアセンブリは、
前記第1側壁の反対方向に配置された第2側壁と隣接する第2光源モジュールと、
前記第2側壁の外側面と接触し、第一端部が前記第2光源モジュールをカバーするように前記第2側壁を覆う第2光源カバーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の表示装置。 - 前記表示パネルの端部に固定されるパネル支持部と前記パネル支持部から延長されるシャーシ側壁とを含むトップシャーシをさらに含み、
前記シャーシ側壁のうち前記第1側壁と対応するシャーシ側壁の内側面は、前記第1光源カバーの外側面と接触することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の表示装置。 - 底部及び前記底部と接続された第1側壁を含み、前記第1側壁は収納空間に形成するように前記底部の端部から延長された収納容器と、
入射面及び前記入射面に入射された光を出射する出射面を含む導光板と、
前記導光板上に配置された複数の光学シートと、
前記導光板の側壁に配置され、複数の第1光源を有する第1光源モジュールを含む光源ユニットと、
前記光源ユニットと前記収納容器との間に配置され、前記光源ユニットが上部面に結合された放熱板と、
前記導光板と前記放熱板との間に配置され、前記放熱板の一部分と接触する反射板と、を含み、前記光学シート、前記導光板、前記光源ユニット及び前記放熱板は、それぞれ前記収納容器の収納空間に収納され、前記光源ユニットの前記第1光源は、前記収納空間に第1側壁に隣接して配置され、
開口部、前記導光板の前記光入射面に沿って、前記第1光源から照射された光を反射する金属材料を含み、前記収納容器の第1側壁、前記第1光源及び前記導光板の出射面の一部は、前記開口部を通じて第1光源カバーがそれぞれ収納され、前記第1側壁の外側面に接触し、前記第1側壁には、前記第1光源を取り囲むように前記導光板の外側面の一部分を含む第一光源カバーを含むことを特徴とするバックライトアセンブリ。
