Description
本発明の目的は、通り検査も、止まり検査も、容易に行えるねじ用限界ゲージを提供することである。
通り側ねじ部及び止り側ねじ部が同じピッチで連続して構成され、
止り側ねじ部のねじ長さが二回転分である点を要旨とする。
トルク印加軸は、通り側ねじ部及び止り側ねじ部と同じ回転軸をもち、通り側ねじ部及び止り側ねじ部の回転方向と逆回転方向でねじ止めされていることが好ましい。

Claims (6)
- 先端部から順に、通り側ねじ部と止り側ねじ部とを備え、
通り側ねじ部及び止り側ねじ部が同じピッチで連続して構成され、
止り側ねじ部のねじ長さが二回転分であることを特徴とするねじ用限界ゲージ。 - さらに、通り側ねじ部と止り側ねじ部との間にテーパーねじ部を備え、
通り側ねじ部、止り側ねじ部及びテーパーねじ部が同じピッチで連続して構成されている請求項1に記載のねじ用限界ゲージ。 - 止り側ねじ部及び/又はテーパーねじ部が通り側ねじ部と異なる色をもつ請求項1又は2に記載のねじ用限界ゲージ。
- さらに、止り側ねじ部の先端部と反対側にストッパーを備えた請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のねじ用限界ゲージ。
- めねじの検査用である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のねじ用限界ゲージ。
- さらに、トルク印加軸を備え、
トルク印加軸が通り側ねじ部及び止り側ねじ部と同じ回転軸をもち、通り側ねじ部及び止り側ねじ部の回転方向と逆回転方向でねじ止めされている請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のねじ用限界ゲージ。
