Description
単糸繊度が7デニールであり、繊維長が64mmであり、中空率が30%であり、且つ、融点が290℃であるポリ(1,4−シクロヘキサンジメチレンテレフタレート)(PCT)中空糸と、単糸繊度が4デニールであり、繊維長が64mmであるPCT/co−PCT繊維を8:2の重量の混繊比にて梳綿してネット上に並べてウェブを形成した。前記ウェブを積層し、前記積層されたウェブを上下の温度が200℃に保たれ、ベルト速度が1.0m/minであるダブルプレスにて熱接着して繊維基材を製造した。前記繊維材からなるクッション材の重量は310g/m2であり、厚さは10.2mmであった。
前記バインダー繊維の代わりに、単糸繊度が4デニールであり、繊維長が64mmであり、中空率が10%であるPCT/co−PCT中空繊維を使用した以外は、前記実施例1の方法と同様にして繊維基材を製造した。
前記バインダー繊維の代わりに、単糸繊度が4デニールであり、繊維長が64mmであり、中空率が10%である低融点ポリエチレンテレフタレート(LM−PET)中空繊維を使用した以外は、前記実施例1の方法と同様にして繊維基材を製造した。
前記バインダー繊維の代わりに、芯鞘型PCT/PBT(poly−butylene−terephthalate)繊維(融点225℃)を使用した以外は、前記実施例1の方法と同様にして繊維基材を製造した。
単糸繊度が7デニールであり、繊維長が64mmであり、中空率が34%であるポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)中空繊維(ウンジンケミカル社製)と、単糸繊度が6デニールであり、繊維長が64mmであり、中空率が10%であるPLA中空糸(ヒュービス社製)を8:2の重量の混繊比にて梳綿してネット上に並べてウェブを形成した以外は、前記実施例1の方法と同様にして繊維基材を製造した。
実施例1〜4に従い製造されたクッション部材に対して硬度、圧縮永久収縮率、通気度、圧縮回復率などを測定してクッション材に活用可能であるか否かを判定した。
Claims (7)
- 280〜290℃の融点を有しかつ10〜30%の中空率および2〜15デニールの単糸繊度を有するポリ(1,4−シクロヘキサンジメチレンテレフタレート)(PCT)中空糸80〜60重量%が、前記PCT中空糸に比べて溶融点が低いバインダー繊維40〜20重量%によって結束されてなり、
前記バインダー繊維は、10〜35%の中空率および2〜15デニールの単糸繊度を有する中空糸であるクッション材用繊維基材。 - 前記クッション材用繊維基材が、圧縮回復率70%以上および通気度180cm3/cm2/sec以上を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の前記クッション材用繊維基材。
- 前記クッション材用繊維基材が、熱接着方式単独または熱接着方式およびニードルパンチ方式の組み合わせによって結束されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の前記クッション材用繊維基材。
- 前記バインダー繊維は、PCT中空糸に比べて溶融温度差が20℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の前記クッション材用繊維基材。
- 前記バインダー繊維が、低融点ポリエチレンテレフタレート(LM−PET)または急速溶融ポリエチレンテレフタレート(RM−PET)から選択されるか、あるいは、ポリプロピレン/ポリエチレン(PP/PE)の複合繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の前記クッション材用繊維基材。
- 前記バインダー繊維が、脂肪族ポリエステル繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の前記クッション材用繊維基材。
- 前記バインダー繊維が、PCT素材の主成分に、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)繊維、co−PCT繊維およびPP繊維よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種の繊維素材が含まれている、PCT/PBT、PCT/co−PCTまたはPCT/PPから選択される複合繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の前記クッション材用繊維基材。
