Claims (30)
- 手持ち式電気器具のための加熱器であって、
第1の層と、第2の層と、前記第1の層及び前記第2の層を分離するためのセパレータと、前記第2の層を支持するための内側支持構造体とを備え、
前記セパレータが管体であり、前記内側支持構造体は、内側管体を備え、
前記内側管体は、前記第2の層を支持するための、当該内側管体に沿って延びると共に当該内側管体から半径方向外向きに延びる内側スペーサを備え、
前記内側スペーサは、複数の挿入凹部を含み、
ワイヤ要素が、前記挿入凹部に位置付けられ、
前記内側管体が前記管体内に挿入される場合、前記ワイヤ要素は、前記挿入凹部の部位で固定される、
ことを特徴とする加熱器。 - 前記第1の層は、ワイヤ要素である、請求項1に記載の加熱器。
- 前記第2の層は、ワイヤ要素である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の加熱器。
- 前記第1の層は、前記管体の周りに少なくとも部分的に延びる、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の加熱器。
- 前記第1の層は、前記管体に沿って少なくとも部分的に延びる、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の加熱器。
- 加熱器は、第1の層及び第2の層を有するダブルスタック式加熱器である、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の加熱器。
- 前記管体は、前記管体に沿って延びると共に前記管体から半径方向外向きに延び、前記第1の層を支持するためのスペーサを備える、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の加熱器。
- 前記スペーサは、前記管体から直交方向外向きに延びる、請求項7に記載の加熱器。
- 前記スペーサは、挿入凹部を含む、請求項7又は請求項8に記載の加熱器。
- ワイヤ要素が、前記挿入凹部に位置付けられている、請求項9に記載の加熱器。
- 外側管体を備え、前記外側管体は、少なくとも前記第1の層の周りに延びると共に前記第1の層に沿って延びている、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の加熱器。
- 前記外側管体は、前記管体の周りに延びると共に前記管体に沿って延びる、請求項11に記載の加熱器。
- 前記第2の層は、前記内側管体の周りに少なくとも部分的に延びる、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の加熱器。
- 前記第2の層は、前記内側管体に沿って少なくとも部分的に延びる、請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の加熱器。
- 前記内側管体が前記管体内に挿入される場合、前記内側スペーサは、前記管体内での前記内側管体の位置を維持する、請求項1から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の加熱器。
- 前記内側スペーサは、前記内側管体から直交方向外向きに延びる、請求項1から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の加熱器。
- 前記挿入凹部の各々は、前記内側スペーサの長さ方向に沿って実質的に均一に離間する、請求項1から請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の加熱器。
- 前記内側支持構造体は、支持ウイングを備える、請求項1に記載の加熱器。
- 前記内側支持構造体が前記管体内に挿入される場合、前記支持ウイングは、前記管体内での前記内側支持構造体の位置を維持する、請求項18に記載の加熱器。
- 前記支持ウイングは、前記管体の長さ方向に沿って少なくとも部分的に延びる、請求項18又は請求項19に記載の加熱器。
- 前記支持ウイングは、前記管体に向かって半径方向に延びる延長部を含む、請求項18から請求項20のいずれか1項に記載の加熱器。
- 前記第2の層は、前記延長部で支持される、請求項21に記載の加熱器。
- 前記第1の層及び前記第2の層は、異なるワイヤ要素で形成されている、請求項3に記載の加熱器。
- 請求項1から請求項23のいずれか1項に記載の加熱器を備えたヘアケア用電気器具。
- 請求項1から請求項23のいずれか1項に記載の加熱器を備えたヘアドライヤ。
- 請求項1から請求項23のいずれか1項に記載の加熱器を備えた温風整髪用ブラシ。
- ヘアケア用電気器具であって、
外壁と内部ダクトとを備えた本体を備え、前記内部ダクトは、前記内部ダクト内を流れる同伴流体の流路を規定し、前記内部ダクトと前記外壁との間に流体流路が規定され、
前記ヘアケア用電気器具は、更に、請求項1から請求項23のいずれか1項に記載の加熱器を備え、前記加熱器は、前記本体内に配置され、かつ、前記ダクトに沿って前記ダクトの周りに延び、前記流体流路を流れる流体を加熱する、
ヘアケア用電気器具。 - 前記加熱器は環状である、請求項27に記載のヘアケア用電気器具。
- 前記流体流路は、前記ヘアケア用電気器具のハンドル内への流体入口から前記本体内の流体出口へ延びる、請求項27又は請求項28に記載のヘアケア用電気器具。
- 前記流体流路は、前記ハンドル内において略円形である、請求項29に記載のヘアケア用電気器具。
