Description
Claims (1)
- 外形形状を決める型部材に金属製の粉体を入れる工程と、前記型部材に粉体が入れられた状態で加熱して粉体を焼結させる工程とを備えたヒートパイプのウイック構成体の製造方法において、
前記型部材は筒状の部材と、ロッドとを含み、
前記焼結の工程で前記ロッドが熱膨張することにより前記粉体を圧縮し、
ついで所定温度まで冷却した後、前記ロッドを取り除き、
前記ロッドに接触していた内表面で前記粉体同士が前記焼結によって膜を形成するように連結している表面層の少なくとも一部を切削もしくは研削によって除去して前記表面層より粗い面を形成する
ことを特徴とする、ヒートパイプのウイック構成体の製造方法。
