Claims (9)
- 試料の暴露又は耐光性試験用装置(10)のためのセンサ装置(100)であって、
ブラックパネルセンサ又はブラック標準センサ(120)と、
紫外線照射センサ(130)と、
空気温度センサと、
湿度センサと、が接続されるセンサハウジング(110)を備え、
前記センサハウジング(110)の第一外壁(112)の前方には、開口(111.1)を有する一枚のプレート(111)が前記第一外壁(112)から間隔を置いて設置され、
前記ブラックパネルセンサ又はブラック標準センサ(120)は前記プレート(111)に固定され、
前記紫外線照射センサ(130)の上昇部(131.1)及び前記上昇部(131.1)の周りに配置された保護壁(132)が、前記開口(111.1)から延在され、
前記空気温度センサ及び前記湿度センサは、前記センサハウジング(110)に設けられ、かつ、前記プレート(111)により覆われる、センサ装置(100)。 - バッテリー(150)又は充電式バッテリーは前記センサハウジング(110)内に配置される、請求項1に記載のセンサ装置(100)。
- 第一回路基板(160)は、制御部(270)を前記第一回路基板上に配置させつつ前記センサハウジング(110)内に配置され、前記各センサ(120、130)からの各出力信号を前記制御部に供給できる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のセンサ装置(100)。
- 前記紫外線照射センサ(130)特有のデータを記憶する第一メモリ部(280)は、前記第一回路基板(160)上に配置される、請求項3に記載のセンサ装置(100)。
- 前記第一メモリ部(280)は、DRAMを有する、請求項4に記載のセンサ装置(100)。
- 前記第一メモリ部(280)は、強誘電体メモリ(FRAM)を有する、請求項5に記載のセンサ装置(100)。
- 前記制御部(270)は、前記装置(10)の照射源特有のデータを記録する第二メモリ部(271)を有する、請求項3から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ装置(100)。
- 試料の暴露又は耐光性試験用の装置(10)であって、
暴露対象の試料を保持する保持装置と、
ブラックパネルセンサ又はブラック標準センサ(120)と、
紫外線照射センサ(130)と、
空気温度センサと、
湿度センサと、が接続されるセンサハウジング(110)を有するセンサ装置(100)とを備え、
前記センサハウジング(110)の第一外壁(112)の前方には、開口(111.1)を有する一枚のプレート(111)が前記第一外壁(112)から間隔を置いて設置され、
前記ブラックパネルセンサ又はブラック標準センサ(120)は前記プレート(111)に固定され、
前記紫外線照射センサ(130)の上昇部(131.1)及び前記上昇部(131.1)の周りに配置された保護壁(132)が、前記開口(111.1)から延在され、
前記空気温度センサ及び前記湿度センサは、前記センサハウジング(110)に設けられ、かつ、前記プレート(111)により覆われる、装置(10)。 - 暴露動作を制御する中央制御装置をさらに備え、
前記制御装置に、前記各センサのうちの少なくとも一つからの出力信号を供給できる、請求項8に記載の装置(10)。
