Description
Claims (14)
- 患者の静脈内への、針又はカニューレの挿入を容易にする装置であって、
前記装置は、
流体チャンバであって、内部流体容積と、使用時に前記患者の皮膚と流体封止を形成するよう配置される下面と、上面とを有する流体チャンバと、
ファスナであって、前記患者の皮膚の表面と流体連通した状態で前記流体チャンバの前記内部流体容積を保持するように前記患者の肢の周囲に延在するよう配置されるファスナと、
を備え、
前記ファスナは、前記流体チャンバと一体的に形成されており、前記ファスナは、前記流体チャンバの前記上面を押し下げるように前記流体チャンバの両側に掛かることにより、使用時に前記流体チャンバの前記下面と前記患者の皮膚との間の前記流体封止を促進し、
前記装置は、下にある前記静脈の部分の拡大を促進するために、前記流体チャンバから流体を排出することにより前記流体チャンバ内に低減された圧力の容積を作成するように適合され、前記装置は、前記流体チャンバが前記患者の皮膚の表面と動作可能に係合されたままである間の、前記静脈の拡大された部分内への針又はカニューレの挿入を可能にするように配置される、装置。 - 前記ファスナは、使用の間、止血帯として働く、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記患者の皮膚に、前記装置の第2の端によって印加される圧力より大きな圧力を印加するように適合された第1の端を含み、ここで、前記第1の端は、使用中、前記静脈内の血流に関して、前記第2の端と比較して下流に位置するように適合され、前記止血帯は、前記ファスナと前記装置の前記第1の端とによって規定される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ファスナは、前記静脈に対して、前記流体チャンバの中心から前記装置の前記第1の端の方向にずれている前記流体チャンバの部分から延在する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、1ショット射出成形によって製造される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ファスナは、前記流体チャンバの各側方から延在するアームを備え、前記ファスナアームは、前記患者の肢の周囲にループを形成するために一緒に接続されるように適合される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ファスナアームの間の接続は、解除可能であり、かつ、ある範囲の接続構成の間で調節可能であり、従って、前記ファスナは、ある範囲の異なるサイズの肢の周囲にしっかりと固定されるように適合される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記流体チャンバに出口を設けることによって、前記流体チャンバ内に、低減された圧力の容積を作成するように適合され、これにより、前記流体チャンバからの前記出口を介した流体の排出が、前記流体チャンバ内の前記低減された圧力の容積の作成をもたらす、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記出口は、一方向弁の形態を有する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 封止部材が、前記流体チャンバと前記患者の皮膚との間の封止を形成し、前記患者の皮膚と接触する前記封止部材の部分であって、前記封止部材の残りの部分より大きく変形可能である前記部分によって、前記弁が提供される、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記流体チャンバの壁の少なくとも一部は、弾性的に変形可能であり、前記流体チャンバは、前記出口を介して流体を排出するためにユーザによって圧潰されるように適合される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記装置とは別個の部品である、針又はカニューレと共に使用するように適合される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置の第1の端は、低減された接触表面を用いて前記患者の皮膚と係合するための突起を含む、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記突起は、馬蹄形状を有し、前記装置の前記第1の端、及び側方の領域内で延在する、請求項13に記載の装置。
