3.前記シロップ中のポリソルベートの濃度が0.5ppmと200ppmの間である、実施態様2記載の方法。
4.前記非水性溶媒が、プロピレングリコール、エタノール、クエン酸、ベンジルアルコール、トリアセチン、リモネン、植物油、中鎖トリグリセリド、柑橘香味料油、およびそれらのブレンドからなる群より選択される、実施態様1から3いずれか1項記載の方法。
5.前記マイクロエマルジョンが、水および前記非水性溶媒と混和性である共溶媒をさらに含む、実施態様1から4いずれか1項記載の方法。
6.前記共溶媒が、60:40のプロピレングリコールとエタノールの組合せ、90:10のエタノールとクエン酸の組合せ、およびそれらのブレンドからなる群より選択される、実施態様5記載の方法。
7.安定な保存シロップの製造中および貯蔵中のソルビン酸の沈殿を減少させる方法において、
(a) ソルビン酸化合物を前記シロップ中の油性成分中に溶解させる工程、
(b) 多量の液体中でシロップ成分を組み合わせる工程、および
(c) 前記ソルビン酸化合物を含有する油性成分を前記液体に加える工程、
を有してなる方法。
8.前記油性成分が、油性栄養素、油性香味料、油性香味料化合物、油性酸化防止剤、およびそれらのブレンドからなる群より選択される、実施態様7記載の方法。
9.前記油性成分が、トコフェロール、トコトリエノール、柑橘香味料、TBHQ、BHT、BHA、およびそれらのブレンドからなる群より選択される、実施態様7または8記載の方法。
10.前記ソルビン酸化合物が、ソルビン酸のアルカリ金属塩およびそれらのブレンドからなる群より選択される、実施態様7から9いずれか1項記載の方法。
11.前記ソルビン酸化合物がソルビン酸カリウムである、実施態様7から10いずれか1項記載の方法。
12.安定な保存シロップの製造中および貯蔵中のソルビン酸の沈殿を減少させる方法において、
(a) ソルビン酸化合物およびポリソルベートを流体中に溶解させる工程、
(b) 多量の液体中でシロップ成分を組み合わせる工程、および
(c) 前記ソルビン酸化合物を含有する溶液を前記液体に加える工程、
を有してなる方法。
13.前記シロップ中のポリソルベートの濃度が0.5ppmと200ppmの間である、実施態様12記載の方法。
14.前記シロップ中のポリソルベートの濃度が1ppmと150ppmの間である、実施態様13記載の方法。
15.前記シロップ中のポリソルベートの濃度が5ppmと100ppmの間である、実施態様14記載の方法。
16.記ソルビン酸化合物が、ソルビン酸を含有する、もしくはシロップと飲料の製造中に見られる条件下でソルビン酸に転化されるか、またはソルビン酸を遊離する化合物と組成物、およびそれらのブレンドからなる群より選択される、実施態様7から9および12から15いずれか1項記載の方法。
17.前記ソルビン酸化合物が、ソルビン酸、ソルビン酸のアルカリ金属塩、およびそれらのブレンドからなる群より選択される、実施態様7から9および12から15いずれか1項記載の方法。
18.前記シロップ中のソルビン酸の濃度が1300ppm未満である、実施態様1から17いずれか1項記載の方法。
19.安定な保存シロップを希釈することによって調製された安定な保存飲料の製造中および貯蔵中のソルビン酸の沈殿を減少させる方法において、実施態様1から18いずれか1項記載の各工程を含み、さらに、
(d) 前記安定な保存シロップを、前記安定な保存飲料を製造するのに十分な量の流体と混合する工程、を含む方法。
20. 前記飲料中のソルビン酸の濃度が500ppm未満である、実施態様19記載の方法。
Claims (13)
- 安定な保存シロップの製造中および貯蔵中のソルビン酸の沈殿を減少させる方法であって、
(a) ソルビン酸化合物を前記シロップの油性成分に溶解させて、ソルビン酸化合物含有油性成分を作成する工程、
(b) 多量の液体中でシロップ成分を組み合わせる工程、および
(c) 前記ソルビン酸化合物含有油性成分を、前記シロップ成分を含む液体に加えて、保存シロップを形成する工程、
を有してなり、
前記シロップ中のソルビン酸の濃度が1300ppm未満である、方法。 - 前記油性成分が、油性栄養素、油性香味料、油性香味料化合物、油性酸化防止剤、およびそれらのブレンドからなる群より選択される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記油性成分が、トコフェロール、トコトリエノール、柑橘香味料、TBHQ、BHT、BHA、およびそれらのブレンドからなる群より選択される、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記ソルビン酸化合物が、ソルビン酸のアルカリ金属塩およびそれらのブレンドからなる群より選択される、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ソルビン酸化合物がソルビン酸カリウムである、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 安定な保存シロップの製造中および貯蔵中のソルビン酸の沈殿を減少させる方法であって、
(a) ソルビン酸化合物およびポリソルベートを流体中に溶解させて、ソルビン酸化合物含有溶液を作成する工程、
(b) 多量の液体中でシロップ成分を組み合わせる工程、および
(c) 前記ソルビン酸化合物含有溶液を、前記シロップ成分を含む液体に加えて、保存シロップを形成する工程、
を有してなり、
前記シロップ中のソルビン酸の濃度が1300ppm未満である、方法。 - 前記シロップ中のポリソルベートの濃度が0.5ppmと200ppmの間である、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記シロップ中のポリソルベートの濃度が1ppmと150ppmの間である、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記シロップ中のポリソルベートの濃度が5ppmと100ppmの間である、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記ソルビン酸化合物が、ソルビン酸を含有する、もしくはシロップおよび飲料の製造中に見られる条件下でソルビン酸に転化されるかまたはソルビン酸を遊離する化合物および組成物、ならびにそれらのブレンドからなる群より選択される、請求項1から3および6から9いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ソルビン酸化合物が、ソルビン酸、ソルビン酸のアルカリ金属塩、およびそれらのブレンドからなる群より選択される、請求項1から3および6から9いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 安定な保存シロップを希釈することによって調製された安定な保存飲料の製造中および貯蔵中のソルビン酸の沈殿を減少させる方法であって、請求項1から11いずれか1項記載の各工程を含み、さらに、
(d) 前記安定な保存シロップを、安定な保存飲料を製造するのに十分な量の流体と混合する工程、
を含む方法。 - 前記飲料中のソルビン酸の濃度が500ppm未満である、請求項12記載の方法。
