Claims (8)
- 交流電圧を整流して整流電圧を生成する整流部と、
前記整流部の出力端に直列に接続される複数のLEDと、
前記複数のLEDそれぞれのカソードにドレイン端子が接続される複数のスイッチと、
設定された基準整流電圧と前記整流電圧とを比較して前記整流電圧の電圧変化量を検出する電圧変化量検出部、設定された第1基準電流に前記電圧変化量を反映して第2基準電流を生成し、前記第2基準電流に対応する基準電圧を生成する基準電圧生成部、および一端を前記複数のスイッチのソース端子にそれぞれ接続し、他端を接地端子に接続される複数の抵抗を介して検知される電流をそれに対応する検知電圧に変更し、前記検知電圧と前記基準電圧とを比較して、その差電圧を前記複数のスイッチそれぞれのゲート端子に出力するスイッチ制御信号生成部、を含むスイッチ制御部と、
を含む、LED発光装置であって、
前記基準電圧生成部は、前記電圧変化量が上昇した値の場合には、前記第2基準電流を前記第1基準電流より前記電圧変化量に対応する大きさだけ下降調整し、前記電圧変化量が下降した値の場合には、前記第2基準電流を前記第1基準電流より前記電圧変化量に対応する大きさだけ上昇調整することを特徴とするLED発光装置。 - 前記複数の抵抗は互いに直列に接続され、
前記複数の抵抗の一端は、前記複数のスイッチそれぞれのソース端子に接続され、それぞれの他端は、隣接する抵抗の一端に接続され、
前記複数のLEDのうち前記整流部の出力端と最も遠く離隔して接続されたLEDに結合したスイッチのソース端子に接続された抵抗の他端が、接地端子に接続される、請求項1に記載のLED発光装置。 - 前記複数の抵抗の値が変わるにつれて、前記複数の抵抗それぞれの一端で検知される電流の大きさが変わる、請求項1に記載のLED発光装置。
- 前記スイッチ制御部は、
前記複数の抵抗のうち第1抵抗の後段に接続される抵抗で検知された電流の和が前記第2基準電流以上の場合には、前記複数のスイッチのうち前記第1抵抗の一端に接続される第1スイッチをターンオフさせ、
前記第1抵抗の一端は、前記複数のスイッチのうちいずれか一つのスイッチに接続される、請求項2に記載のLED発光装置。 - 前記スイッチ制御部は、
前記複数の抵抗のうち第1抵抗の後段に接続される抵抗で検知された電流の和が前記第2基準電流未満の場合には、前記複数のスイッチのうち前記第1抵抗の一端に接続される第1スイッチをターンオンさせ、
前記第1抵抗の一端は、前記複数のスイッチのうちいずれか一つのスイッチに接続される、請求項2に記載のLED発光装置。 - 前記スイッチ制御信号生成部は、前記複数のスイッチに前記差電圧をそれぞれ出力する複数のスイッチ制御信号生成部を含み、
前記複数のスイッチ制御信号生成部それぞれは、
負帰還ループを有する第1演算器と、
前記第1演算器の負端子に接続されて、前記検知電流を前記検知電圧に変更する入力インピーダンスと、
前記第2演算器の出力端と負端子との間に接続されるフィードバックインピーダンスと、を含み、
前記第2演算器は、負端子に入力される前記検知電圧と正端子に入力される前記基準電圧とを比較して、その差に対応するゲート入力電圧を当該スイッチのゲート端子に出力する、請求項1に記載のLED発光装置。 - 前記複数のスイッチそれぞれは、前記スイッチ制御部からゲート端子に入力される電圧が当該スイッチの閾値電圧未満の場合には、ターンオフされる、請求項1に記載のLED発光装置。
- 前記スイッチ制御部は、
前記複数のスイッチのうち第1スイッチの電流下降区間と第2スイッチの電流上昇区間が重なるように制御する、請求項1に記載のLED発光装置。
