Description
有機酸系化合物を含有し、有機酸系化合物の含有量は50(質量)%以上であって、70(質量)%〜90(質量)%であることが好ましく、本発明の有機酸系化合物は高温で吸熱して分解し、消火物質を放出し、当該消火物質はラジカルが燃焼連鎖反応に必要なO、OH、Hのラジカル中の1種類又は複数種類と反応することで、燃焼連鎖反応を切断し、また、物理作用によって酸素の分圧を減少して火炎を抑制することもでき、又は、同時に物理及び化学抑制作用を果たして消火効果を実現することもでき、同時に、花火類薬剤と相乗効果を果たし、消火剤の消火効力を一層向上させ、消火時間を大幅に短縮することを特徴とする有機酸系化合物を含有する消火組成物。
一、本発明の消火組成物は有機酸系化合物を含有し、加熱された瞬間消火物質を放出し、消火物質の物理又は化学抑制作用によって、又は物理及び化学の協同抑制作用で消火し、また、メイン消火材料の含有量を最適化することによって、消火組成物の消火効力を一層発揮でき、消火効力を大幅に向上させ、消火時間を短縮し、消火組成物の消火効率を向上させる。
二、本発明の消火組成物に難燃剤、添加剤及び他のサブ消火材料が添加されたので、メイン消火材料である有機酸系化合物の消火性能及び加工性能を一層向上させ、性能の安定化を実現し、長期間に貯蔵できる。
三、本発明の消火組成物は花火類薬剤を熱エネルギー源としたので、その利用が便利である。
四、本発明の消火組成物は、加熱される場合、すぐに吸熱し分解し、高速に花火類薬剤の燃焼による熱量を効率的に、且つ迅速的に解放し、消火装置の噴射口及び噴射物質の温度を大幅に低下し、より安全である。
当該消火組成物は有機酸系化合物を含有し、その中、有機酸系化合物の含有量は50(質量)%以上であって、70(質量)%〜90(質量)%であることが好ましく、当該有機酸系化合物はデカン酸、ドデカン酸、ミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、ヘプタデカン酸、ステアリン酸、アラキジン酸、ベヘン酸、セロチン酸、メリシン酸、ラッセル酸、クロトン酸、オクタデセン酸、ヘプタデセン酸、2−ヘキサデセン酸、ヘキサジエン酸、シュウ酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、セバシン酸、ブラシル酸、ヘキサデカン二酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、2−ヒドロキシプロパン酸、2−ヒドロキシブタン二酸、2,3−ジヒドロキシブタン二酸、2−ヒドロキシプロパン−1,2,3−トリカルボン酸、3−フェニル−2−プロペン酸、2−ヒドロキシ安息香酸、3,4,5−トリヒドロキシ安息香酸、安息香酸又はクレアチン等から選択されるものであって、いずれも高温で吸熱して分解し、消火物質を生成し、当該消火物質はラジカルが燃焼連鎖反応に必要なO、OH、Hラジカル中の1種類又は複数種類と反応することで、燃焼連鎖反応を切断し、また、物理作用によって酸素の分圧を減少して火炎を抑制することもでき、又は、物理と化学抑制作用によって消火の効果を実現することもでき、同時に、花火類薬剤と相乗効果を果たして消火剤の消火効力を一層向上させ、消火時間を大幅に短縮できる。
Claims (9)
- 消火組成物セットであって、
消火組成物と花火類薬剤とから構成され、
前記消火組成物は、有機酸系化合物を含有し、前記有機酸系化合物の含有量は50(質量)%以上であって、
前記有機酸系化合物は、デカン酸、ドデカン酸、ミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、ヘプタデカン酸、ステアリン酸、アラキジン酸、ベヘン酸、セロチン酸、メリシン酸、ラッセル酸、クロトン酸、オクタデセン酸、ヘプタデセン酸、2−ヘキサデセン酸、ヘキサジエン酸、シュウ酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、セバシン酸、ブラシル酸、ヘキサデカン二酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、2−ヒドロキシプロパン酸、2−ヒドロキシブタン二酸、2,3−ジヒドロキシブタン二酸、2−ヒドロキシプロパン−1,2,3−トリカルボン酸、3−フェニル−2−プロペン酸、2−ヒドロキシ安息香酸、3,4,5−トリヒドロキシ安息香酸、安息香酸又はクレアチンであり、
前記消火組成物は、前記花火類薬剤を熱エネルギー源と動力源とし、花火類薬剤を燃焼させ、花火類薬剤が燃焼する際の高温で加熱されて分解反応を発生し、大量の消火可能の物質を生成し、当該消火物質を花火類薬剤と一緒に噴射口から噴射することによって、消火の目的を実現し、
前記花火類薬剤は、エアロゾル消火剤であることを特徴とする消火組成物セット。 - 前記消火組成物は、クエン酸塩、シュウ酸塩、炭酸塩、フェロセン、フェロセン誘導体の中の一つ又は複数であるサブ消火材料をさらに含有し、その含有量は0(質量)%を超え、且つ30(質量)%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消火組成物セット。
- 前記消火組成物は、難燃剤をさらに含有し、前記難燃剤の含有量が0(質量)%を超え、且つ50(質量)%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消火組成物セット。
- 前記消火組成物は、添加剤をさらに含有し、前記添加剤の含有量が0.1〜10(質量)%であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の消火組成物セット。
- 前記添加剤が、ステアリン酸塩、グラファイト、水溶性高重合体配合溶液又はその混合物、又は水ガラス、フェノール樹脂、ラック、澱粉の中の一つ又は複数であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の消火組成物セット。
- 前記有機酸系化合物の含有量が70(質量)%〜90(質量)%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消火組成物セット。
- 前記難燃剤が、臭素系難燃剤、塩素系難燃剤、有機リン系難燃剤、リン−ハロゲン系難燃剤、窒素系及びリン−窒素系難燃剤又は他の難燃剤又はその任意の組合せであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の消火組成物セット。
- 前記難燃剤の含有量が0(質量)%を超え、且つ30(質量)%未満であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の消火組成物セット。
- 前記消火組成物は、
サブ消火材料4%〜25%と、
難燃剤4%〜25%と、
添加剤0.1%〜5%と、をさらに含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消火組成物セット。
