Claims (8)
- プロセッサにより、エネルギーコンシューマ(106)に関連するデバイス(104)に負荷制御要求を送信するように構成された第1のコンピュータ(118)と、
プロセッサにより、前記負荷制御要求の無効化を表す通知を受信し、
プロセッサにより、受信された前記通知に基づいて、前記デバイス(104)から受信された通知の回数を算出して所定のしきい値と比較して、顧客に課せられるべきペナルティを決定し、
プロセッサにより、前記ペナルティを含む第1の料金請求プランに基づく第1の料金と、前記第1の料金請求プランとは異なる第2の請求料金プランに基づく第2の料金とを算出し、
プロセッサにより、前記第1の料金と前記第2の料金とを比較して、より低い料金請求を前記顧客に送信する
ように構成された第2のコンピュータと、
を備える、システム(100)。 - 前記顧客に課せられるべき前記ペナルティは、前記エネルギーコンシューマ(106)によって消費されるエネルギーに関する増大された価格設定レートを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム(100)。
- 前記顧客に課せられるべき前記ペナルティは、料金請求(306)に追加されるべき所定の追加の費用を含む、請求項1または2に記載のシステム(100)。
- 前記顧客に課せられるべき前記ペナルティは、料金請求(306)に追加されるべき追加の費用を含み、前記追加の費用は、所定のしきい値を超える通知が受信されるごとに増大する、請求項1または2に記載のシステム(100)。
- 前記第2のコンピュータ(118)は、前記デバイス(104)から受信された通知の回数を所定のしきい値と比較して、前記ペナルティを前記顧客に課すべきかどうかを判定する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のシステム(100)。
- 前記第2のコンピュータ(118)は、受信された通知の回数に基づいて、前記顧客に資格がある料金請求プランのリストを決定する、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のシステム(100)。
- エネルギーコンシューマ(106)によって消費されたエネルギーを監視するための計器(108)と、
プロセッサにより、前記エネルギーコンシューマ(106)に関連するデバイス(104)に負荷制御要求を送信し、

プロセッサにより、受信された前記通知に基づいて、受信された前記通知の回数を算出して所定のしきい値と比較して、顧客に課せられるべきペナルティを決定し、
プロセッサにより、前記ペナルティを含む第1の料金請求プランに基づく第1の料金と、前記第1の料金請求プランとは異なる第2の請求料金プランに基づく第2の料金とを算出し、
プロセッサにより、前記第1の料金と前記第2の料金とを比較して、より低い料金請求を前記顧客に送信する
ように構成された、
