仕上げ済み壁開口部内に開口寸法より3〜5mm小さい寸法で製作した扉を、その奥側の補強材開口部の内側に取り付した扉枠で保持する構造とし、扉枠は縦部材として2本と横部材として2本とからなり、各々分離された構造で軽量鉄骨壁下地材にねじ部材を使用して、固定できる形状であり、かつ固定時に縦及び横部材を前後、左右、上下と自由に調整できるように縦横寸法を開口寸法より3〜5mm小さくしたL字状の分離部材で、縦部材は扉吊金具である隠し丁番部材受け部及び扉鍵金具受け材を固定できる部材を持ち、扉本体を蝶着でき、又軽量鉄骨壁の設備機器点検用開口小口部の奥側に取り付けた扉枠に蝶着する扉は、扉本体位置をみこした位置に固定した扉枠の前面に挿着した2〜4個の扉吊り金具である隠し丁番部材を隠し丁番部材受け部に固着し、前記開口部の正面側から壁ボード面とほぼ同一面になるように蝶着できるようにしていることを特徴とする扉枠外扉の取り付け施工工法。
