Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a door outer frame structure having a door outer frame and an accessory frame continuous with the door outer frame, a construction method thereof, and a modification method to the door outer frame structure, for example, The present invention can be used for a structure having an outer frame for a hinged door for an entrance door or the like and an outer frame for a sleeve panel.
[0002]
[Background]
A sleeve panel may be placed on the side of the entrance door of the apartment house to visually enlarge the entrance / exit area of the entrance door, which is an accessory of the entrance door. The panel is provided with door-related items such as wallet and intercom.
[0003]
In such a case, since the entrance door and the sleeve panel are arranged adjacent to each other, the outer frame for the door and the outer frame for the sleeve panel are continuously arranged, and the outer frame for the door and the outer frame for the sleeve panel are arranged. Has a partly shared structure.
[0004]
Specifically, the conventional outer frame for doors and outer frames for sleeve panels have upper and lower frame members whose left and right dimensions are long corresponding to the total dimensions of the front door and sleeve panels. It is formed by connecting the frame members and standing an intermediate frame member between these side frame members, that is, the door outer frame and the sleeve panel outer frame have a continuous shape in appearance. The intermediate frame member is formed as an integrated large frame structure in which both members are shared, and the entrance door and the sleeve panel are arranged in the left and right openings of the intermediate frame member.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In this way, the conventional outer frame for doors and outer frame for sleeve panels are integrated into a large frame structure, so it can be handled during transportation from the factory to the construction site or installation at the construction site. There is a risk that these operations become troublesome and time-consuming, and the operation becomes complicated accordingly.
[0006]
Further, when attaching the sleeve panel to the outer frame for the sleeve panel and then performing the installation work on the wall of the outer frame for the door and the outer frame for the sleeve panel, the sleeve panel may be damaged before the completion.
[0007]
Also, since the door outer frame and the sleeve panel outer frame are integrated from the beginning, the sleeve panel outer frame can be retrofitted to the door outer frame that is installed in advance. In other words, renovation work for remodeling to add a sleeve panel outer frame and a sleeve panel cannot be performed around the entrance door.
[0008]
An object of the present invention is to provide a door outer frame structure and a method for constructing the same so that the door outer frame and the attachment frame can be easily handled, and the door attachment frame attached to the door outer frame. And a method for refurbishing the door outer frame structure that can be installed later.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The door outer frame structure according to the present invention includes a door outer frame and an accessory frame continuous with the door outer frame, and the door outer frame and the accessory frame are partially included. In the door outer frame structure formed in common, the door outer frame and the attachment frame are separable.
[0010]
According to this door outer frame structure, the door outer frame and the attachment frame can be separated, so that they can be separated at the time of production in the factory, transportation from the factory to the construction site, and further on the construction site. At the time of installation or the like, each operation can be performed by separating the outer frame for doors and the attachment frame, and therefore, handling during these operations becomes easy.
[0011]
Further, the door outer frame structure construction method according to the present invention separates the door outer frame and the accessory frame continuous with the door outer frame and conveys them to the construction site. The door outer frame and the accessory frame are continuously arranged in a partially shared shape.
[0012]
According to the construction method of the door outer frame structure, the door outer frame and the attachment frame continuous with the door outer frame are separated and transported to the construction site. Since the outer frame and the attachment frame are continuously arranged in a partly common shape, the door outer frame and the attachment frame are separated until they are continuously arranged at the construction site. For this reason, various operations performed until they are continuously arranged can be easily handled.
[0013]
Furthermore, the method for refurbishing the door outer frame structure according to the present invention is to prepare an attachment frame arranged continuously with the door outer frame that is already arranged and used, and this attachment frame. Are arranged in a part of the door outer frame continuously at the repair site in a shape that is partially shared with the door outer frame.
[0014]
According to the modification method to the door outer frame structure, in order to prepare a new attachment frame for the door outer frame that has already been arranged and used, An attachment frame can be added by a retrofitting operation, whereby a door to an outer frame structure for a door having an outer frame for a door and an attachment frame continuously arranged on the outer frame for the door is provided. The outer frame can be modified. And it can respond effectively to the request | requirement of the renovation for aiming at the quality improvement of living facilities.
[0015]
In each of the present invention described above, the attachment work to the attachment frame is performed after the attachment frame is attached to the attachment construction site such as the wall on which the door outer frame and the attachment frame are attached. May be done before installation.
[0016]
In addition, the attachment frame may be an attachment frame arranged outside the attachment, in other words, the attachment frame may be an attachment frame arranged inside, and arranged on the back side of the attachment. It may be an object back frame, or may be a partially exposed attachment frame in which a part is exposed to the outside of the attachment and the other part is covered with the attachment.
[0017]
In each of the present inventions described above, the attachment frame may be continuously arranged without being connected to the door outer frame, or may be connected and continuously arranged.
[0018]
When the attachment frame is continuously arranged without being connected to the door outer frame, it is not necessary to provide a special member or part for connection to both the attachment frame and the door outer frame. The effect can be obtained.
[0019]
Further, when the accessory frame is connected to the door outer frame and continuously arranged, the effect is that both the accessory frame and the door outer frame can be continuously arranged more reliably with a predetermined positional relationship. Can be obtained.
[0020]
In this way, when the attachment frame is connected to the door outer frame and continuously arranged, the connection structure of the attachment frame and the door outer frame includes a protrusion, a notch, a protrusion, a hole, and the like. It may be a structure that engages with unevenness or may be a structure that fits, or may be a structure that is connected with a fastening device such as a bolt, nut, screw, or rivet, or may be a structure that is connected with an adhesive or a double-sided adhesive tape, The connecting means is arbitrary.
[0021]
Further, when an adhesive, a double-sided adhesive tape, or the like is used as the connecting means, these connecting means position the accessory frame at a predetermined position with respect to the door outer frame, and then place the accessory frame at that position. It may be a temporary connection means until it is fixed.
[0022]
In each of the above inventions, in order to continuously arrange the door outer frame and the accessory frame in common with a part, the door outer frame and the accessory frame are each closed by a square or the like. For example, by arranging the door outer frame and the accessory frame continuously by bringing the side frame members into contact with each other in a side-by-side state, the side becomes a side-by-side state. The frame members may be a common member of the door outer frame and the accessory frame, and one of the door outer frame and the accessory frame has a closed outline such as a rectangle. In addition, the other part has an outline in which a part is a missing part, and the missing part is used as a part of the one of the common parts when the door outer frame and the attachment frame are continuously arranged. The door outer frame is attached by this filling member, part, etc. It may be portions that are common to objects for frame is formed.
[0023]
Further, in the latter case, when the outer frame having the missing portion in a part of the contour is an attachment frame, the reinforcing member may not be provided in the missing portion, but the reinforcing member is provided in the missing portion. It is preferable to provide it.
[0024]
According to this, even if there is a missing part in the outline of the attachment frame, the strength of the attachment frame in the work performed until the attachment frame is continuously arranged on the outer frame for the door can be secured by the reinforcing member, This can be done without worrying about the strength of the attachment frame.
[0025]
Moreover, it is preferable that the reinforcing member provided in the missing part of the attachment frame is hidden by the attachment arranged in the attachment frame.
[0026]
According to this, after the placement work of the attachment on the attachment frame, the reinforcement member is not exposed to the outside by the attachment, and the reinforcement member can be effectively covered by the attachment.
[0027]
Further, in each of the present invention described above, the attachment frame continuous with the door outer frame may be an outer frame for any type of attachment provided in relation to the door, and an example thereof is for the door. An outer frame for a sleeve panel arranged on the side of the outer frame, and another example is an outer frame for a panel between panels arranged on the outer frame for a door. In the present invention, the attachment frame may be a combination of a plurality of frames such as an outer frame for a sleeve panel and an outer frame for a panel panel.
[0028]
When the attachment frame is an outer frame for a sleeve panel, generally, the upper frame members that form a part of each of the door outer frame and the attachment frame, or the lower frame members, Alternatively, the upper frame members and the lower frame members are arranged at the same height position or substantially the same height position.
[0029]
Further, the door frame may be arranged at the boundary between the living room area and the non-living area like the entrance door frame, and the room frame and the living room area like the indoor door frame. It may be arranged at the boundary.
[0030]
Moreover, when the accessory arranged in the attachment frame is a sleeve panel, a door-related product may or may not be provided on the sleeve panel. When door-related products are provided, specific examples of door-related products include doorplates, doorplate holders, interphones, delivery boxes such as newspapers, umbrella stands, umbrella racks, lighting fixtures, etc. When the door is an indoor door, it is a platform for placing objects, a display board displaying the room number or the name of the occupant, a display board holder, a nurse call, etc. Arbitrary types of door-related products can be provided according to the usage and the like.
[0031]
Furthermore, the door arranged inside the outer frame for doors may be a hinged door, a sliding door, a folding door, a balance door, and any kind of door.
[0032]
In addition, when the attachment frame is arranged on the surface of the wall or the like on which the door outer frame is installed, the outer surface of the door outer frame protruding from the surface of the wall or the like and the attachment are provided in order to improve the appearance. Although it is preferable that the outer surface of the frame or the outer surface of the door outer frame and the outer surface of the attached object be in a flush state or substantially flush, there may be a step between these outer surfaces.
[0033]
Moreover, when the installation construction location of the door outer frame and the attachment frame is, for example, a portion bent in an L shape or the like, the door outer frame and the attachment for the attachment are continuously arranged. The frame may be continuously bent into an L shape or the like, or the attachment frame itself may be bent into an L shape or the like, and the door outer frame and the attachment frame may be continuously arranged.
[0034]

[0061]
When performing this refurbishment work, the outer frame 2 and the sleeve panel 5 for the sleeve panel that will be arranged on the wall continuously with the outer frame 1 for the entrance door that has already been arranged and used are manufactured at the factory. The sleeve frame outer frame 2 and the sleeve panel 5 are carried to the repair site, and the side frame member 15 of the entrance door outer frame 1 is a common member of the entrance door outer frame 1 and the sleeve panel outer frame 2. The outer frame 2 for the sleeve panel is attached to the wall so as to be continuous with the outer frame 1 for the entrance door, and the sleeve panel 5 disposed inside the outer frame 2 for the sleeve panel is attached to the outer frame 2 for the sleeve panel. The attaching operation is performed by the operation of locking the locking member 32 to the locked member 33, and the operation of incorporating the spacer 38 inside the sleeve panel outer frame 2 is also performed. Thereafter, the above-described filling operation of the gap filling material 40 and the coating operation of the paint 41 are performed to finish the surfaces of the outer door frame 1 and the sleeve panel outer frame 2.
[0062]
By this renovation work, renovation for improving the quality of living facilities can be performed around the entrance door.
[0063]
