Description
Claims (14)
- 液体を沸騰させる加熱装置であって、タンク(2)からポンプ(3)によって液体が供給される加熱室(1)と、前記加熱室(1)出側に直接配設された前記液体の配給回路(4)とを備え、前記配給回路(4)が前記加熱室(1)から液体の供給を受ける、加熱装置において、前記配給回路(4)が前記加熱室(1)より上方に配置されており、および、前記配給回路(4)が、入口および出口ノズル(41)を有する出湯管を含み、該出湯管の前記入口は、前記加熱室(1)の出側に配置され、前記出湯管は、下方に傾斜または丸みを与えられており、前記ポンプ(3)を停止したときに前記配給回路(4)内にある前記液体が前記配給回路(4)の前記出口ノズル(41)から全量吐出されることを特徴とする加熱装置。
- 前記吐出が重力によって行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱室は、加熱手段(12)が取り付けられたジャケット(11)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記ジャケット(11)が円筒形で、長手方向軸(X)を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ジャケット(11)がその長手方向軸(X)に沿って鉛直に配設されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ジャケット(11)は内面(14)と外面(15)とを有していること、および前記加熱手段(12)は前記ジャケット(11)の前記外面(15)に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱手段(12)はシルクスクリーン印刷線条(16)を備えることを特徴とする請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記配給回路(4)は前記液体の沸騰中に発生する蒸気の排出手段(42)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記排出手段(42)は前記加熱室(1)および/または前記配給回路(4)より上方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記配給回路(4)は、前記液体および/前記液体の沸騰中に発生する蒸気の前記タンク(2)への戻し手段(43)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記戻し手段(43)による前記液体の流れは重力によってもたらされることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記配給回路(4)は前記加熱室(1)に組み込まれた中心空洞(44、144)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記中心空洞(144)は円筒形部分(145)と底(146)とを備えること、および前記円筒形部分(145)の中心軸は前記加熱室(1)のジャケットの長手方向軸(X)と実質的に同一の線をなすことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の加熱装置を備えることを特徴とする飲料調製器具。
