生産されたガソリン又は沸点が220℃以下の流体から選択された少なくとも一つの炭化水素が第一分解ステップに注入され、流動床触媒分解プロセスの炭化水素分別ステップで再生された沸点が350℃より高いHCOタイプの生産物又はスラリーが第二分解ステップに注入され、これらの二つのステップは除去ステップによって切り離されている
ことを特徴とする多段式分解除去プロセス。 - 各分解ステップの期間に、一つ以上の注入器によって、前記炭化水素流体が、前記コークス化した触媒粒子上に注入され、一方で、各除去ステップの期間に、先行するステップで用いられた触媒粒子に対向して注入される除去用流体によって、前記コークス化した触媒粒子が除去されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段式分解除去プロセス。
- 第一分解ステップの上流に、分離ステップの結果としてのコークス化した触媒粒子の流れに対向して除去用流体を流すことから成る触媒の予備除去ステップを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は3に記載の多段式分解除去プロセス。
- 二つの前記分解ステップが、二つの前記除去ステップの間に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1、3ないし4の何れか1項に記載の多段式分解除去プロセス。
- 前記除去ステップが、主として蒸気で構成されたガスの注入を含み、前記分解ステップが、5%未満の蒸気を含むリサイクルされた少量炭化水素の注入を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1、3ないし5の何れか1項に記載の多段式分解除去プロセス。
- 前記分解ステップが、生産されたガソリン又は沸点が220℃以下の流体、及び/又は、流動床触媒分解プロセスの炭化水素分別ステップで再生されたHCOタイプの生産物又はスラリー、及び/又は、他の精製装置、特に水素添加分解装置、バイオマス装置、及び/又はパラフィンを原料とする装置に由来の生産物からなる少なくとも一つのリサイクル炭化水素の注入を含むことを特徴とする請求項1、3ないし6の何れか1項に記載の多段式分解除去プロセス。
- リサイクルのための前記炭化水素が、C6とC7オレフィンと、沸点が220℃未満のC2からC5オレフィンの重合反応由来のオリゴマーとから選択されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の多段式分解除去プロセス。
- 同じ性質を有する炭化水素が異なる分解ステップに注入され、又は異なる性質の炭化水素が、各分解ステップに注入され、又は異なる性質の炭化水素が、合同で一つの同じ分解ステップの一つの同じコンパートメントに注入されることを特徴とする請求項1、3ないし8の何れか1項に記載の多段式分解除去プロセス。
- 初期の予備除去ステップを含む一連の分解と除去ステップからなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9の何れか1項に記載の多段式分解除去プロセス。
- 前記分解と除去ステップが、互いに対して挿入され、第一ステップは常に、初期予備除去ステップに先行された分解ステップであり、最後のステップは除去ステップであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の多段式分解除去プロセス。
- 使用する触媒は、ZSM5をベースとした少なくとも一つの添加剤を含む、オレフィンへの分解を促進する15重量%以下の少なくとも一つの添加剤を含んだ標準的な触媒で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11の何れか1項に記載の多段式分解除去プロセス。
- 流動床触媒分解装置に適した、請求項1ないし12に係るプロセスを実施するための分離除去装置であって、
この装置は、流動床を含んだ主反応炉(7)の下流に位置する解放器/除去器として知られる容器を備え、
この容器は、触媒粒子と、分解反応由来の炭化水素とを遠心分離及び/又は加速度分離するための解放器と、触媒再生器の出口(8)の上流に位置する触媒粒子を除去するための除去器(9)を備えており、
前記除去器は、少なくとも四つのコンパートメントを備えており、少なくとも二つの分解用コンパートメント(2)と少なくとも二つの除去用コンパートメント(3)からなり、
各コンパートメントは、その底部に、構造化パッキング・エレメントを有する少なくとも一つのガス状流体の注入手段を備えており、
これらのエレメントは、前記コンパートメントの断面のすべて又は幾らかを占有していることを特徴とする分離除去装置 - 前記除去器は、第一分解用コンパートメントの上流に設けられ、少なくとも一つの除去用流体の注入手段を有し、少なくとも一つの構造化又は非構造化パッキング・エレメントを有する、触媒粒子の予備除去のための少なくとも一つの予備除去用コンパートメント(1)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の分離除去装置。
- 前記除去器が、少なくとも一つのガス状流体注入手段を有する、複数の介在分解用と除去用コンパートメントを備え、
前記分解用と除去用コンパートメントの体積が、除去用ゾーンの体積の、それぞれ25から65%と35から75%であることを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の分離除去装置。 - 前記予備除去用コンパートメントが、除去用総体積の25%以下であることを特徴とする請求項14又は15に記載の分離除去装置。
