Description
Claims (5)
- 系統の駆動に応じて算出した電圧値、周波数値及び電力運営予備率と、無効及び有効電力を付加してエネルギー貯蔵装置の制御値を算出するPCS制御部と、
前記エネルギー貯蔵装置の充放電量を調節する充放電装置と、
を含み、
前記PCS制御部は、
系統に印加された基準電圧及び前記系統で測定された測定電圧の差の値を算出する電圧算出部と、
前記系統に印加された基準周波数及び前記系統で測定された測定周波数の差の値を算出する周波数算出部と、
前記エネルギー貯蔵装置の電力最大需要量に対する予備電力の比率に基づいて前記エネルギー貯蔵装置の電力運営予備率を算出する電力運営予備率算出部と、
前記電圧算出部から算出された差の値、前記周波数算出部から算出された差の値及び前記電力運営予備率を入力値とし、無効及び有効電力に対する差の値を付加して電力供給を制御するための前記エネルギー貯蔵装置のスイッチ制御値を算出する電力算出部と、
を含み、
前記充放電装置は、
前記電力運営予備率及び基準電力運営予備率の差を算出する電力運営予備率誤差算出部と、
前記電力運営予備率誤差算出部から算出される値に対応する前記エネルギー貯蔵装置のエネルギー率及び前記エネルギー貯蔵装置の充電量に応じてスイッチ動作係数を算出する動作係数算出部と、
前記スイッチ動作係数に基づいて前記エネルギー貯蔵装置の充放電量を調節する動作制御部と、を含む、エネルギー貯蔵装置の制御装置。 - 前記動作制御部は、前記エネルギー貯蔵装置の充電量が基準エネルギー充電量以下であればエネルギー貯蔵装置の放電を停止するように制御する、請求項4に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置の制御装置。
