Description
integrity protectionは、初期接続メッセージを除いたすべてのNASメッセージに適用され、cipheringは、端末に一番目のDRBを設定された後から適用される。端末は、SERVICE REQUESTメッセージにどんな保安キーを適用したかを指示する情報を含ませて伝送し、MMEは、前記情報及びSERVICE REQUESTの所定の一連番号などを利用してintegrity checkを行う。
(第1実施形態)
図23は、EPS Bearer Service Architectureを示す。
505段階で、端末が低容量のパケットを生成した場合、510段階で、端末は、低容量パケットを本発明の第1実施形態を通じて伝送するか否かを決定することができる。端末が段階510で適用する決定規則は、下記のように例示することができる。
第2実施形態での特徴は、従来のRACH過程を改善し、低容量を有するパケットを伝送するのに利用するのにある。RACH過程を活用することによって、AS securityを適用することができない問題をNAS securityを適用して解決する。
端末は、1505段階で、基地局からrandom access実行のために必要な情報(prach−config;Physical Random Access Channel−configuration)をシステム情報ブロック(SIB;System Information Block)2を介して伝達される。この際、情報は、プリアンブル(preamble)選択基準、RA response windowサイズ、preamble送信電力情報などを含んでいる。端末は、1510段階で、連結が必要であると判断されれば、1515段階で、初期ランダムアクセスプリアンブル(random access(RA)preamble)を基地局に伝送する。

Claims (11)
- 端末がデータを伝送する方法において、
低容量伝送過程がトリガーされたかを決定する段階と;
臨時DRB(Temporary Data Radio Bearer)要請を含むRRC連結要請メッセージを基地局に伝送する段階と;
Temp DRB設定を含むRRC連結セットアップメッセージを前記基地局から受信する段階と;
前記Temp DRBを介してデータを前記基地局に伝送する段階と;を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記Temp DRB要請は、前記端末と前記基地局との間の保安が適用されない情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記データを伝送する段階後に、
単位時間当たり発生する次のデータの数があらかじめ設定された値以上である場合、AS securityを適用したDRBを設定する段階と、
前記DRBを介して前記次のデータを前記基地局に伝送する段階と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記端末と前記基地局との間の保安は、AS securityであって、
前記データは、前記AS securityを適用しない前記Temp DRBを介して伝送されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - 基地局がデータを受信する方法において、
臨時DRB(Temporary Data Radio Bearer)要請を含むRRC連結要請メッセージを端末から受信する段階と;
Temp DRB設定を含むRRC連結セットアップメッセージを前記端末に伝送する段階と;
前記端末と前記基地局との間の保安が適用されない前記Temp DRBを介してデータを前記端末から受信する段階と;を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記端末と前記基地局との間の保安は、AS securityであって、
前記Temp DRB要請は、前記AS securityを適用しない要請からなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記データを受信する段階後に、単位時間当たり発生する次のデータの数があらかじめ設定された値以上である場合、AS securityを適用したDRBを設定する段階と、
前記DRBを介して前記次のデータを前記端末から受信する段階と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - データを伝送する端末において、
基地局と信号を送受信する送受信部と;
低容量伝送過程がトリガーされたかを確認し、臨時DRB(Temporary Data Radio Bearer)要請を含むRRC連結要請メッセージを前記基地局に伝送し、Temp DRB設定を含むRRC連結セットアップメッセージを前記基地局から受信し、前記Temp DRBを介してデータを前記基地局に伝送するように制御する制御部と;を含むことを特徴とする端末。 - 前記Temp DRB要請は、前記端末と前記基地局との間の保安が適用されない情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の端末。
- データを受信する基地局において、
端末と信号を送受信する送受信部と;
臨時DRB(Temporary Data Radio Bearer)要請を含むRRC連結要請メッセージを前記端末から受信し、Temp DRB設定を含むRRC連結セットアップメッセージを前記端末に伝送し、前記端末と前記基地局との間の保安が適用されない前記Temp DRBを介して前記端末によって伝送されるデータを受信するように制御する制御部と;を含むことを特徴とする基地局。 - 前記端末と前記基地局との間の保安は、AS securityであって、
前記Temp DRB要請は、前記AS securityを適用しない要請からなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の基地局。
