Abstract
Description
integrity protectionは、初期接続メッセージを除いたすべてのNASメッセージに適用され、cipheringは、端末に一番目のDRBを設定された後から適用される。端末は、SERVICE REQUESTメッセージにどんな保安キーを適用したかを指示する情報を含ませて伝送し、MMEは、前記情報及びSERVICE REQUESTの所定の一連番号などを利用してintegrity checkを行う。
(第1実施形態)
図23は、EPS Bearer Service Architectureを示す。
505段階で、端末が低容量のパケットを生成した場合、510段階で、端末は、低容量パケットを本発明の第1実施形態を通じて伝送するか否かを決定することができる。端末が段階510で適用する決定規則は、下記のように例示することができる。
第2実施形態での特徴は、従来のRACH過程を改善し、低容量を有するパケットを伝送するのに利用するのにある。RACH過程を活用することによって、AS securityを適用することができない問題をNAS securityを適用して解決する。
端末は、1505段階で、基地局からrandom access実行のために必要な情報(prach−config;Physical Random Access Channel−configuration)をシステム情報ブロック(SIB;System Information Block)2を介して伝達される。この際、情報は、プリアンブル(preamble)選択基準、RA response windowサイズ、preamble送信電力情報などを含んでいる。端末は、1510段階で、連結が必要であると判断されれば、1515段階で、初期ランダムアクセスプリアンブル(random access(RA)preamble)を基地局に伝送する。

Claims (20)
- 端末がデータを伝送する方法において、
保安を緩和した伝送過程適用を決定する段階と;AS securityを適用しない臨時DRM(Temporary Data Radio Bearer)要請を含むRRC連結要請メッセージを基地局に伝送する段階と;Temp DRM設定を含むRRC連結セットアップメッセージを前記基地局から受信する段階と;前記Temp DRMを介してIPパケットを前記基地局に伝送する段階と;を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記IPパケットを伝送する段階は、前記IPパケットとともにNASルーティング情報及びNAS security情報を伝送する段階であり、前記NASルーティング情報は、前記基地局が前記IPパケットを伝送するゲートウェイ情報及びGUTI情報を含み、前記GUTI情報は、MCC(Mobile Country Code)、MNC(Mobile Network Code)、MMEGI(MME Group Identifier)、MMEC(MME Identifier)またはM−TMSI(MME Mobile Subscriber Identifier)のうち少なくとも1つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記IPパケットを伝送する段階後に、
単位時間当たり発生するIPパケットの数があらかじめ設定された値以上である場合、AS securityを適用したDRBを設定し、前記DRBを介して前記IPパケットを前記基地局に伝送する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記決定する段階は、
アイドル状態で前記IPパケットを生成する段階と;
前記IPパケットがあらかじめ設定された基準サイズ以下である場合、前記IPパケットのアドレス、ポート及びTOS(Term of Service)があらかじめ設定された値と一致する場合、または前記IPパケットがあらかじめ設定されたアプリケーションで生成された場合のうち少なくとも1つ以上に該当すれば、前記保安を緩和した伝送過程を適用することに決定する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - 端末がデータを伝送する方法において、
保安を緩和した伝送過程適用を決定する段階と;
ランダムアクセスプリアンブルを基地局に伝送し、前記基地局からRARメッセージを受信する段階と;分割されたUP PDUを含むMAC PUDを介してIPパケットを前記基地局に伝送する段階と;を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記MAC PUDは、Connectionless C−RNTI及び前記C−RNTIのサブヘッダーを含み、BSR、PHR(Power Headroom Report)またはUP PDUのうち少なくとも1つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記IPパケットを伝送する段階後に、基地局からUL grantを受信する段階と;
前記MAC PUDで伝送しない前記UP PDUのセグメントを伝送する段階と;をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - 基地局がデータを受信する方法において、AS securityを適用しない臨時DRM(Temporary Data Radio Bearer)要請を含むRRC連結要請メッセージを端末から受信する段階と;Temp DRM設定を含むRRC連結セットアップメッセージを前記端末に伝送する段階と;前記Temp DRMを介してIPパケットを前記端末から受信する段階と;を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記IPパケットを受信する段階は、前記IPパケットとともにNASルーティング情報及びNAS security情報を受信する段階であり、前記NASルーティング情報は、前記基地局が前記IPパケットを伝送するゲートウェイ情報及びGUTI情報を含み、前記GUTI情報は、MCC(Mobile Country Code)、MNC(Mobile Network Code)、MMEGI(MME Group Identifier)、MMEC(MME Identifier)またはM−TMSI(MME Mobile Subscriber Identifier)のうち少なくとも1つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記IPパケットを受信する段階後に、単位時間当たり発生するIPパケットの数があらかじめ設定された値以上である場合、AS securityを適用したDRBを設定し、前記DRBを介して前記IPパケットを前記端末から受信する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 基地局がデータを受信する方法において、ランダムアクセスプリアンブルを端末に受信し、前記端末にRARメッセージを伝送する段階と;
分割されたUP PDUを含むMAC PUDを介してIPパケットを前記端末から受信する段階と;を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記MAC PUDは、Connectionless C−RNTI及び前記C−RNTIのサブヘッダーを含み、BSR、PHR(Power Headroom Report)またはUP PDUのうち少なくとも1つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記IPパケットを受信する段階後に、前記BSRを利用して前記MAC PUDで受信しないIPパケットの存在有無を確認する段階と;端末にUL grantを伝送する段階と;前記MAC PUDで受信しない前記UP PDUのセグメントを受信する段階と;をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- データを伝送する端末において、基地局と信号を送受信する送受信部と;保安を緩和した伝送過程適用を決定し、AS securityを適用しない臨時DRM(Temporary Data Radio Bearer)要請を含むRRC連結要請メッセージを基地局に伝送し、Temp DRM設定を含むRRC連結セットアップメッセージを前記基地局から受信し、前記Temp DRMを介してIPパケットを前記基地局に伝送するように制御する制御部と;を含むことを特徴とする端末。
- 前記制御部は、前記IPパケットとともにNASルーティング情報及びNAS security情報を伝送するように制御し、前記NASルーティング情報は、前記基地局が前記IPパケットを伝送するゲートウェイ情報及びGUTI情報を含み、前記GUTI情報は、MCC(Mobile Country Code)、MNC(Mobile Network Code)、MMEGI(MME Group Identifier)、MMEC(MME Identifier)またはM−TMSI(MME Mobile Subscriber Identifier)のうち少なくとも1つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の端末。
- データを伝送する端末において、基地局と信号を送受信する送受信部と;保安を緩和した伝送過程適用を決定し、ランダムアクセスプリアンブルを基地局に伝送し、前記基地局からRARメッセージを受信し、分割されたUP PDUを含むMAC PUDを介してIPパケットを前記基地局に伝送するように制御する制御部と;を含むことを特徴とする端末。
- 前記MAC PUDは、Connectionless C−RNTI及び前記C−RNTIのサブヘッダーを含み、BSR、PHR(Power Headroom Report)またはUP PDUのうち少なくとも1つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の端末。
- データを受信する基地局において、端末と信号を送受信する送受信部と;AS securityを適用しない臨時DRM(Temporary Data Radio Bearer)要請を含むRRC連結要請メッセージを前記端末から受信し、Temp DRM設定を含むRRC連結セットアップメッセージを前記端末に伝送し、前記Temp DRMを介してIPパケットを前記端末から受信するように制御する制御部と;を含むことを特徴とする基地局。
- 前記制御部は、前記IPパケットとともにNASルーティング情報及びNAS security情報を受信するように制御し、前記NASルーティング情報は、前記基地局が前記IPパケットを伝送するゲートウェイ情報及びGUTI情報を含み、前記GUTI情報は、MCC(Mobile Country Code)、MNC(Mobile Network Code)、MMEGI(MME Group Identifier)、MMEC(MME Identifier)またはM−TMSI(MME Mobile Subscriber Identifier)のうち少なくとも1つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の基地局。
- データを受信する基地局において、端末と信号を送受信する送受信部と;ランダムアクセスプリアンブルを端末に受信し、前記端末にRARメッセージを伝送し、分割されたUP PDUを含むMAC PUDを介してIPパケットを前記端末から受信するように制御する制御部と;を含むことを特徴とする方法。
