Claims (10)
- 車両を充電するための電力を供給するために外部電源に連結されるグリッドプラグと、
前記グリッドプラグに連結されるグリッドケーブルと、
前記グリッドケーブルが着脱可能に連結され、前記車両の充電を制御するためのリレー回路を含むCCIDと、
前記車両に接続されるカプラと、
前記カプラとCCIDを連結するカプラケーブルと、を含み、
前記CCIDは、前記グリッドケーブルと連結される際に接続されるピンから前記グリッドケーブルの種類を判断し、
前記CCIDには、前記グリッドケーブルと選択的に連結されるための複数個のピンを有するオスコネクタが具備され、
前記グリッドケーブルの端部には、前記オスコネクタのピンが挿入される複数個の接触端子孔が形成されたメスコネクタで形成され、
前記オスコネクタのピンのうち3つのピンは、前記外部電源から供給される電力を前記車両に伝達するための充電用ピンとして割り当てられ、
前記オスコネクタのピンのうち少なくとも一つ以上のピンは、連結される前記メスコネクタの種類を判断するための識別用ピンとして割り当てられ、
前記グリッドプラグ内には、少なくとも一つ以上の温度センサが設けられ、
前記温度センサを連結する少なくとも一つの電線は、前記メスコネクタの接触端子孔のそれぞれに連結され、
前記温度センサと連結された接触端子孔は、前記オスコネクタの識別用ピンに結合される接触端子孔である、車両充電装置。 - 前記グリッドプラグ内には、第1温度センサと第2温度センサが設けられ、
前記第1温度センサと前記第2温度センサの接地になるグランドラインと、前記第1温度センサによって測定される値が伝達される第1センサ連結ラインと、前記第2温度センサによって測定される値が伝達される第2センサ連結ラインが含まれ、
接触端子孔のうち3つの接触端子孔それぞれに前記グランドライン、第1センサ連結ライン及び第2センサ連結ラインが連結される、請求項1に記載の車両充電装置。 - 前記CCIDは、前記オスコネクタの識別用ピンのうち温度センサと連結されるピンを識別することで連結されたメスコネクタの種類を判断し、判断結果に応じて車両を充電するための最大電流許容値を変更する、請求項1に記載の車両充電装置。
- 前記グリッドプラグは、前記外部電源に電気的に連結される第1端子及び第2端子を含み、
温度センサは、前記第1端子及び前記第2端子から所定の距離だけ離隔された位置に固定される、請求項1に記載の車両充電装置。 - 前記温度センサは、前記第1端子と前記第2端子から同じ距離に当たる位置に設けられる、請求項4に記載の車両充電装置。
- 前記温度センサは、前記第1端子と前記第2端子との間に配置される第1温度センサ及び第2温度センサを含み、
前記第1温度センサ及び前記第2温度センサは、前記第1端子と前記第2端子から所定の距離だけ離隔された位置に配置され、前記第1温度センサと前記第2温度センサの相互間にも所定距離離隔された状態で配置される、請求項4に記載の車両充電装置。 - 車両の充電に必要な電力を供給する電力供給源に連結されるグリッドプラグと充電ケーブルを介して前記グリッドプラグと連結されるCCIDを含む装置を利用して充電を制御する方法であって、
前記CCIDには、前記充電ケーブルと選択的に連結されるための複数個のピンを有するオスコネクタが具備され、
前記充電ケーブルの端部には、前記オスコネクタのピンが挿入される複数個の接触端子孔が形成されたメスコネクタで形成され、
前記オスコネクタのピンのうち3つのピンは、前記電力供給源から供給される電力を前記車両に伝達するための充電用ピンとして割り当てられ、
前記オスコネクタのピンのうち少なくとも一つ以上のピンは、連結される前記メスコネクタの種類を判断するための識別用ピンとして割り当てられ、
前記グリッドプラグ内には、前記電力供給源に電気的に連結される端子から所定距離離隔された位置に配置された温度センサが具備され、
前記温度センサを連結する少なくとも一つの電線は、前記メスコネクタの接触端子孔のそれぞれに連結され、
前記温度センサと連結された接触端子孔は、前記オスコネクタの識別用ピンに結合される接触端子孔であり、
前記CCIDに接続された充電ケーブルの種類を判断する第1ステップと、
前記第1ステップの判断結果に応じて充電時に最大電流許容値を決定し、前記車両の充電が行われる第2ステップと、
前記CCIDが前記グリッドプラグ内に設けられた温度センサから温度値を取得する第3ステップと、
前記取得した温度値が所定の第1設定温度より大きい場合、前記CCIDが前記車両の充電電流を減少させる第4ステップと、
前記取得した温度値が前記第1設定温度より大きい値である第2設定温度より大きい場合、前記CCIDが前記車両の充電を中断する第5ステップと、を含む車両充電方法。 - 前記第2ステップでの充電電流を減少させた後、前記温度センサによって測定される温度値が前記第1設定温度より小さければ、前記CCIDは、前記車両の充電電流を更に増加させる、請求項7に記載の車両充電方法。
- 前記CCIDは、連結されるピンの状態に応じて前記充電ケーブルの種類を判断し、判断結果に応じて前記第1設定温度及び前記第2設定温度を変更する、請求項7に記載の車両充電方法。
- 前記CCIDに接続された充電ケーブルの種類を判断するステップは、前記CCIDと充電ケーブルの接続端子のうち前記温度センサが接続されている端子の位置に基づいて連結された前記充電ケーブルの種類を判断する、請求項7に記載の車両充電方法。
