Claims (19)
- 複数の電池セルが互いに電気的に連結されている電池モジュールであって、
下部ケースの前面部及び後面部上の空間にそれぞれ装着されたセンシング部フレーム、前記電池セルの電極端子連結部に電気的接続され、前記センシング部フレームに挿入された電圧センシング用端子、及び前記電圧センシング用端子に連結されており、前記電圧センシング用端子の検出電圧をモジュール制御部に伝送し、前記電圧センシング用端子間に電気的接続された導電部を有している電圧センシング部と、
前記導電部に高電流が瞬間的に発生するショート発生時に検出電圧の伝送を中断させるために、前記電圧センシング用端子と前記導電部との間に配置され、前記導電部を介して前記電圧センシング用端子に電気的接続された信号遮断部と、
2つ又はそれ以上の直方体状のセルユニットが積層された状態で互いに電気的連結されているセルユニット積層体と、
前記セルユニット積層体が側面で直立した状態で装着されているモジュールケースと、
を備え、
前記モジュールケースは、上下組立型の上部ケースと下部ケースを備えている電池モジュール。 - 前記電圧センシング用端子は、レセプタクル構造になっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記導電部は、ワイヤーハーネス構造になっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ワイヤーハーネスは、1個の絶縁部材が9本のワイヤーを包んでいることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュール制御部は、前記電圧センシング用端子からの検出電圧信号に基づいて前記電池モジュールの作動を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュール制御部は、BMSであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールケースの前面又は後面に信号遮断部が装着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記信号遮断部は、ヒューズを内蔵しているヒューズボックスを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ヒューズボックスは、前記ヒューズを装着している回路基板、及び前記回路基板を保護するために密閉するカバーを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ヒューズは、はんだ付けにより回路基板上に装着されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ヒューズは、レセプタクル端子の形態で回路基板上に装着されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルは、上端及び下端にそれぞれ形成された電極端子を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記下部ケースの前面部と後面部の内面には、前記電池セルの電極端子連結部が装着される固定用溝が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記下部ケースの前面部にはセルユニット積層体の最外側電極端子が挿入される1対のスリットが形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記最外側電極端子は、前記スリットに挿入されてから分岐して後面部のバスバーに接続することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーの上端は、上部ケース及び下部ケースが相互結合する時、上部ケースの後面部における外部入出力端子が導入される陥没溝の形態になっていることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記下部ケースの前面部及び/又は後面部の下端には、外部装置に固定可能なように、中央に貫通孔が形成されており、下部ケースから張り出された形態の締結部が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 出力及び容量に対応して、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールを2つ又はそれ以上備えている、電池パック。
- 請求項18の電池パックを電源として用いる、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、又はプラグ−インハイブリッド電気自動車。
