Claims (7)
- スクリーンホイールフィルタ(1)が主として、スクリーン挿入体・逆洗ステーション(9)及び/又はスクリーン挿入体・交換ステーション(7)から間隔をおいて位置する溶融物通路(10)を有していて少なくとも1つのスクリーン挿入体(12)を収容する、ハウジング(2)内に配置されたスクリーンホイール(3)から成っている、10バールを上回る圧力と90℃を上回る温度を有する高粘性の溶融物用のスクリーンホイールフィルタ(1)を運転する方法であって、
前記スクリーン挿入体(12)それぞれがスクリーン挿入体・交換ステーション(7)において交換され、かつ/又はスクリーン挿入体・逆洗ステーション(9)において逆洗される前に、前記スクリーンホイール(3)を、その都度前記溶融物通路(10)内に位置している前記スクリーン挿入体(12)のうちの1つに関連して、少なくとも1回完全に回転するように回転駆動させ、
前記スクリーンホイール(3)のための駆動速度及び駆動サイクルを、前記溶融物それぞれの熱分解特性もしくは酸化分解特性に関連して調節し、前記スクリーンホイールフィルタ(1)の前記溶融物通路(10)内への前記スクリーン挿入体(12)それぞれの再進入時に、前記スクリーン挿入体(12)それぞれに残っている溶融物において、3%以下の分断された分子鎖が熱分解もしくは酸化分解されているようにすることを特徴とする、スクリーンホイールフィルタを運転する方法。 - 前記スクリーンホイール(3)を、回転駆動装置(4)を用いて回転駆動させ、該回転駆動装置(4)は、前記スクリーンホイール(3)の1回転を、溶融物が最大1%熱分解もしくは酸化分解される時間よりも短い時間において実行する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記回転駆動装置(4)は、1°を上回りかつ10°未満の回転角度を作業ステップ毎に実施する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 全スクリーン面積に対するアクティブなスクリーン挿入体面積の交換比は、3%を上回りかつ10%未満である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- スクリーン挿入体交換及び/又は逆洗を、各スクリーン挿入体(12)の汚れに関連して行う、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- スクリーン挿入体交換及び/又はスクリーン挿入体(12)の逆洗を、予め設定可能なサイクル数後の前記スクリーン挿入体(12)の予期される汚れ程度に関連して行う、請求項5記載の方法。
- スクリーン挿入体交換及び/又はスクリーン挿入体(12)の逆洗を、差圧信号に関連して初期化し、差圧が、予め設定された値を上回った場合に、前記スクリーンホイール(3)の完全な1回転の間、又は単に決定されたサイクル数の間、又は汚れたスクリーン挿入体(12)に対してだけ正確に、逆洗を活性化させる、請求項5記載の方法。
