Description

The present invention relates to a technique for installing a guard rail on a dike road.

So-called embankment roads that have built roads on river embankments and the like are becoming important traffic roads, but there are currently no guardrails installed on many embankment roads due to the regulations of the river law.

At present, there is a practical method in which the front and back shoulders of the top of the dike are reinforced, and a side-by-side guardrail is installed with a concrete block as the weight.

As other prior arts, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-268830 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-132906, disclosure of a guard rail installation technique using a concrete block and an installation technique for independent bases of guard rail columns. There is.

However, in the technique disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-268830, in order to stably fix the concrete block to the road shoulder, it is necessary to drive an anchor pin (see claim 6). It cannot be applied to.

In the technique disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-132906, the structure is more complicated than the technique currently in practical use, and it must be said that it is difficult to apply to a dike road.

On the embankment road, it is not possible to drive a support supporting the guardrail into the embankment by the river method, so a general guardrail construction method cannot be used.

Therefore, even today, many levee roads are not equipped with guardrails, and there are many accidents in which vehicles fall from the levee, leading to fatal accidents.

On the other hand, a method of installing a side-by-side type guard rail using a concrete block as a heavy stone has been put into practical use, but it is not widespread because it is expensive and expensive to install.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the guardrail installation method of the present invention is a method that can firmly support the guardrail column without driving the column into the bank.

The embankment road is constructed on the top and back slopes of the embankment, and the embankment road built on the top of the embankment is usually narrower than the top, and is used as a general road. When done, it is characterized by being paved.

In the present invention, a structure capable of attaching a guardrail column is first laid on the top of the embankment, which becomes the roadbed, and is composed of a roadbed, a base layer, a surface layer, and the like so as to be integrated with the structure. By constructing a paved road, a guardrail support structure that is firmly and stably fixed on the road floor using the weight of the paving material is built, and the guardrail support is fixed to the guardrail and the guardrail is installed ( (See FIG. 1).

As mentioned above, since the width of the dike road is narrower than the width of the top of the dike, which is the roadbed, there are many cases where a sufficient road width is not secured. In such a case, the column support steel material with the guard rail column mounting structure is projected longer than the width of the dyke road to be constructed, so that the column is attached without reducing the width of the dyke road, and the guard rail is attached to the levee road. It can be installed (see FIGS. 1 and 3).

The present invention uses the weight of the pavement structure of the embankment road to firmly and stably fix the structure for attaching the guardrail struts on the road floor, so that the function of the embankment is not diminished. It is inexpensive because no special reinforcement work is required to install the guardrail.

In addition, no special technical development is required for the construction, and the construction can be easily performed with the existing technology.

By installing guardrail equipment on the embankment road, the safety of the embankment road can be dramatically improved.

Illustration of guardrail installation method for dike road Enlarged illustration of the part where the column is attached

As one specific construction method, a case where a structural body is configured using a steel material having a T-shaped cross section as a support steel material is shown below (see FIG. 2).

When the road width is not enough on the embankment road constructed at the top of the embankment, the support is made of support steel that can be installed on the top of the embankment that will be the first floor of the embankment. In this way, the guardrail support columns are arranged in a direction crossing the top end at the position where the guardrail support is required.

It is necessary that the column support steel material is longer than the width of the embankment road and protrudes from the end of the road surface as long as necessary and sufficient to attach the column of the guard rail.

In order to stabilize the column support steels arranged on the top and transmit the pavement weight of the road sufficiently, the column support steel materials such as T-shaped cross-section steel materials and L-shaped cross-section steel materials (connected steel materials) are used as the column support steel materials. It fixes to the adjacent support | pillar support steel material by means, such as pile and welding.

Thereby, the pavement weight of the embankment road over the connecting steel material is also transmitted to the support column steel material, and the support column steel material can be prevented from coming off and shifting, and a strong and stable structure can be easily manufactured.

Needless to say, the steel material is required to have enough strength to withstand the weight of heavy machinery associated with paving work on embankment roads and vehicles that pass after completion.

It is desirable that the structure be constructed in a place that does not affect the assumed pavement repair work.

It is possible to easily cope with the shape of the curve of the embankment road by adapting the connecting steel material to the shape of the road.

After the paving work, the work of installing the guard rail on the dike road will be completed if the support and guard rail are fixed to the support steel material by mounting hardware, bolts, nuts or welding.

If there is a width at the top, etc. that can sufficiently secure the width of the embankment road, it is possible to embed the entire structure in the paved structure of the embankment road and install guardrail equipment .

Furthermore, it is also possible to manufacture a concrete plate having a structure for supporting the guardrail support and use it as a part of the pavement of the embankment road to be constructed, and install the guardrail.
