Description
また、本発明は所定比率で液体を分配し、供給する途中に不純物によって液体の供給が停止されることを防止することができる。
図1は本発明による液体分配装置100が備えられる分離壁型蒸溜塔10を概略的に示す概略図で、図2は図1に示す液体分配装置100の一例の構成を示す斜視図である。
区画板130はハウジング120の内部で水平に配置されて、ハウジング120の内部空間を上部空間121と下部空間122とに区画する。ここで、上部空間121と下部空間122は互いに同じ体積を有してもよいが、使用者の必要によって互いに異なる体積を有してもよい。
この時、第1区画部132及び第2区画部134を通じる液体分配量は、それぞれの区画部上に配置される後述するライザー140によって決定されることができる。
ライザー140は所定の大きさを有する直方体形態で、区画板130に搭載されて配置される。ライザー140は横30〜50mm、縦50〜250mm、高さ150〜350mm程度の大きさを有することが好ましいが、使用者の必要によってその大きさは多様に変更されることができる。
ライザー140は第1区画部132と第2区画部134上にそれぞれ複数に配置されることができ、その配置個数は使用者によって多様に設定されることができる。第1区画部132に配置されるライザー140は第2区画部134上に配置されるライザー140より液体の排出量が大きく設定されることが好ましい。
複数の単位チャンバ125の直上部にそれぞれ位置するライザー140の通孔個数はそれぞれ異なるように形成されることができる。
例えば、第2チャンバ124が第1単位チャンバ125、第2単位チャンバ126、第3単位チャンバ127、第4単位チャンバ128、第5単位チャンバ129に形成される場合、第1単位チャンバ125の直上部に配置されたライザー140の通孔142は1つ、第2単位チャンバ126の直上部に配置されたライザー140の通孔142は2つ、第3単位チャンバ127の直上部に配置されたライザー140の通孔142は5つ、第4単位チャンバ128の直上部に配置されたライザーの通孔142は7つに形成されるなど多様に設定されることができる。このように、ライザー140上の通孔142の個数に比例して液体の供給量が設定されることができる。
その後、供給された液体は区画板130上に配置されたライザー140の通孔142を通じて下部空間122に供給される。供給される液体は不純物が分離された状態であるので、通孔が不純物によって塞がられる現象が防止されることができる。
また、第2チャンバ124に供給された液体は複数の第2排出管164を通過して、集水管167に収集されて、上記蒸溜塔10の他の分離壁11に供給される。
第1排出管162または第2排出管164と上記集水管167を通じて供給される液体の比率を正確で容易に供給することができるという効果がある。
Claims (11)
- 内側に分配空間を提供し、流入管を通じて液体が供給されるハウジングと;
前記ハウジングの内部に水平に配置されて、前記ハウジングの内部空間を上部空間及び下部空間に区画し、上部面は液体分配程度を異なるようにする第1区画部及び第2区画部に分けられる区画板と;
直方体形で、前記第1区画部及び第2区画部の上にそれぞれ複数に配置されるが、前記区画板に搭載されて配置され、側面には前記液体が流入される複数の通孔が形成され、下端部は開放される複数のライザーと;
前記下部空間を第1チャンバ及び第2チャンバに分離する第1隔壁と;
前記第2チャンバを複数の単位チャンバに分離する複数の第2隔壁と;
前記単位チャンバの下部に連結されて、前記単位チャンバ上の液体を排出する複数の排出部と;
前記排出部の開閉を制御することができるように、前記排出部のそれぞれに設置されるバルブと;を含む、液体分配装置。 - 前記複数のライザーは液体の排出量がそれぞれ異なるように設定される、請求項1に記載の液体分配装置。
- 前記ライザーを通じる液体排出量は前記通孔の個数によって設定される、請求項2に記載の液体分配装置。
- 前記複数の通孔は同じ大きさで、同じ高さに形成される、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の液体分配装置。
- 前記第1隔壁とそれぞれの前記第2隔壁とは互いに直交する方向に配置される、請求項1に記載の液体分配装置。
- 前記第2隔壁は前記第1隔壁より高い、請求項1または5に記載の液体分配装置。
- 前記第2区画部上に配置される前記ライザーは前記単位チャンバの直上部にそれぞれ配置される、請求項1に記載の液体分配装置。
- 前記ライザーは通孔の個数が互いに異なるように形成される、請求項7に記載の液体分配装置。
- 前記排出部は、前記第1チャンバ上の液体を外部に排出することができるように前記第1チャンバに連結される第1排出管と、前記第2チャンバ上の液体を外部に排出することができるように前記複数の単位チャンバにそれぞれ連結される複数の第2排出管とを含む、請求項1に記載の液体分配装置。
- 前記バルブは前記第1排出管及び第2排出管にそれぞれ連結される、請求項9に記載の液体分配装置。
- 前記第1排出管及び第2排出管から排出される液体を集水させる集水管をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の液体分配装置。
