Claims (3)
- 排気ガスの一部をEGRガスとして吸気マニホールドに還流するEGR装置を備えたエンジンにおいて、
現在の吸気に含まれる酸素濃度である現在酸素濃度を算出する現在酸素濃度算出部と、
吸気に含まれる酸素濃度と排気ガスに含まれる窒素酸化物濃度の関係式と、少なくとも吸気温度、吸気圧力、及び冷却水温度に応じた前記関係式の補正値と、に基づいて、吸気に含まれる酸素濃度の目標値である目標酸素濃度を算出する目標酸素濃度算出部と、
前記現在酸素濃度が前記目標酸素濃度に近づくように、前記EGR装置を調整するEGR装置調整部と、
を備え、
排気ガスに含まれる窒素酸化物濃度の目標値である目標窒素酸化物濃度をNOx Des とし、基準窒素酸化物濃度をNOx o とし、前記目標酸素濃度をO 2,DES とし、基準酸素濃度をO 2,0 とし、窒素酸化物指数をχとしたときに、
前記目標酸素濃度算出部は、前記基準窒素酸化物濃度及び前記窒素酸化物指数を、少なくとも吸気温度、吸気圧力、及び、冷却水温度に基づいて補正し、以下の式(1)に基づいて、前記目標酸素濃度を求めることを特徴とするエンジン。
- 請求項1に記載のエンジンであって、
前記目標酸素濃度算出部は、吸気温度、吸気圧力、及び冷却水温度のそれぞれに重み付けを行って前記目標酸素濃度を算出することを特徴とするエンジン。 - 請求項2に記載のエンジンであって、
前記目標酸素濃度算出部は、更に前記目標窒素酸化物濃度を、少なくとも大気圧、吸気温度、及び冷却水温度に基づいて補正することを特徴とするエンジン。
