Claims (3)
- 廃棄物処理炉の排出ガスの成分を分析する装置であって、
直状の測定管と、
前記測定管の一端部に設けられ、前記測定管内に検査光を出射する発光部と、
前記測定管の他端部に設けられ、前記検査光を受光する受光部と、
前記測定管の前記一端部において、前記測定管内から前記発光部に向けてパージガスを吹き付けると共に、前記測定管の前記他端部において、前記測定管内から前記受光部に向けて前記パージガスを吹き付けるパージガス吹付部と、
前記測定管の中間部に接続され、前記排出ガスを前記測定管内に導入する導入管と、
前記測定管の前記一端部及び他端部にそれぞれ接続され、前記排出ガスを前記測定管内から導出する2本の導出管と、
前記測定管に向かう前記排出ガスからダストを分離する第1及び第2のサイクロンと、を備え、
前記第1のサイクロンは前記第2のサイクロンに比べて大きく、前記第2のサイクロンの上流側に配置されており、
前記第1及び第2のサイクロンのそれぞれは、前記導出管に接続されたダスト排出部を有するガス分析装置。 - 前記導入管の中心軸は、前記測定管の太さ方向で、前記測定管の中心軸に対してずれている、請求項1記載のガス分析装置。
- 前記導入管の下流側の端部には、前記測定管に近付くにつれて断面積が小さくなる絞り部が形成されている、請求項2記載のガス分析装置。
