Abstract
Description
尚、以下に示す実施の形態においては、内視鏡リプロセッサは、内視鏡洗浄消毒装置を例に挙げて説明する。また、内視鏡洗浄消毒装置が具備する濃度計において測定する薬液の濃度は、消毒液の濃度、具体的には、消毒液中の過酢酸の濃度を例に挙げて説明する。
図1は、本実施の形態の内視鏡洗浄消毒装置の構成を概略的に示す図、図2は、図1の内視鏡洗浄消毒装置の濃度計の構成を、消毒液とともに示す部分断面図である。
図8は、本実施の形態の内視鏡洗浄消毒装置の構成を概略的に示す図である。
洗浄消毒槽104に設けられた排出口155内には、弁の切り替え動作により、外部へ洗浄液等を排出したり、薬液タンク23の本体部158に消毒液を回収したりするための開閉自在な図示しない弁体が設けられている。
図12は、内部液Nの温度を測定する温度計70および温度測定部195を含む点、および制御部170が内部液Nの温度をもとに加温部30を制御する点が第1、第2実施の形態と異なる。
本出願は、2015年5月21日に日本国に出願された特願2015−103883号を優先権主張の基礎として出願するものであり、上記の内容は、本願明細書、請求の範囲、図面に引用されたものである。
Claims (7)
- センシング部を収容した凹状部及び前記凹状部を塞ぐ浸透膜を有する濃度計と、
内部に少なくとも前記浸透膜が露出され、前記内部に薬液が貯留された薬液タンクと、
少なくとも前記浸透膜を加温する加温部と、
を具備することを特徴とする内視鏡リプロセッサ。 - 前記凹状部内に内部液が前記浸透膜によって封止されており、
前記センシング部は、前記内部液に少なくとも一部が浸漬された電極を具備していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。 - 前記薬液タンクは、
前記薬液が貯留された本体部と、
前記本体部よりも容積が小さく、内部に少なくとも前記浸透膜が露出されるように前記濃度計が配置された濃度測定室と、
前記本体部から前記濃度測定室に前記薬液を導入する薬液導入部と、
を具備することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。 - 前記薬液タンクは、前記濃度測定室から前記本体部に前記薬液を導入する薬液導出部をさらに具備しているとともに、
前記薬液導入部は、前記本体部内の前記薬液を移送する薬液移送部を具備し,
前記薬液移送部の駆動に伴い、前記本体部と前記濃度測定室との間において前記薬液導入部及び前記薬液導出部を介して前記薬液が循環されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。 - 前記加温部は、前記薬液導入部または前記濃度測定室において、さらに前記薬液を加温することにより前記薬液を介して前記浸透膜を加温するとともに、前記薬液を、前記薬液の使用温度よりも高く加温することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。
- 前記加温部は、ヒータであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。
- 前記浸透膜の乾燥度合いを検知する乾燥検知部と、
前記加温部及び前記乾燥検知部に接続された制御部と、
を具備し、
前記制御部は、前記乾燥検知部によって検知された前記浸透膜の乾燥度合いが基準値以上だった場合、前記加温部を駆動する制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。
