Description
本方法は、熱処理ステップを含み、
等級6061のアルミニウム合金で作られた金属部品の再構成のために、硬質表面付着速度は、50cm/minと120cm/minとの間にあり、
等級6061のアルミニウム合金で作られる機械部品の溶接のために、フィラー金属の硬質表面付着の場合、溶接速度は、40cm/minと100cm/minとの間にあり、
前記方法は、硬質表面付着を受けている部品の機械的特性を最適化するように、付着されている金属の熱処理のためのステップを含み、
前記熱処理は、
第1の溶解サブステップと、
第2の過焼戻しサブステップと、
第3の焼戻しサブステップと
から成る。
補修されるべき取付けフランジをシェービングするステップと、
本発明による硬質表面付着方法によって前記取付けフランジを再構成するステップと、
前記取付けフランジの最終形状を実現するために前記付着された金属を機械加工するステップと
を連続的に含む。
Claims (7)
- パルス電流発生器およびパルスフィラー金属ワイヤ供給を含むMIG溶接装置を用いてタービンエンジンのアルミニウム金属部品の硬質表面付着のための方法であって、前記硬質表面付着は、その組成が硬質表面付着を受ける前記部品のアルミニウム合金の組成と同じ性質から成るフィラー金属ワイヤを用いて実現され、タービンエンジンの金属部品の前記パルス金属ワイヤ供給および付着速度が、高温亀裂なしで付着を行うのに適応していることを特徴とする、方法。
- 熱処理ステップを含むことができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の硬質表面付着方法。
- 等級6061のアルミニウム合金で作られた金属部品(330)の再構成のために、付着速度が、50cm/minと120cm/minとの間にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の硬質表面付着方法。
- 等級6061のアルミニウム合金で作られる機械部品の溶接のために、フィラー金属の硬質表面付着の場合、溶接速度が、40cm/minと100cm/minとの間にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の硬質表面付着方法。
- 硬質表面付着を受けている部品の機械的特性を最適化するように、硬質表面付着を受けている金属の熱処理のためのステップを含むことを特徴とする、前記請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の硬質表面付着方法。
- 前記熱処理が、
第1の溶解サブステップと、
第2の過焼戻しサブステップと、
第3の焼戻しサブステップと
から成ることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の硬質表面付着方法。 - 補修されるべき少なくとも1つの取付けフランジ(330)を含むタービンエンジン(100)の保持ハウジング(300)のための補修方法(200)であって、
補修されるべき取付けフランジ(330)のシェービングのためのステップ(210)と、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の硬質表面付着方法による前記取付けフランジ(330)の再構成のためのステップ(230)と、
前記取付けフランジの最終形状を実現するために前記付着された金属の機械加工のためのステップと
を連続的に含む、補修方法(200)。
