Description
Claims (2)
- 自動化システムにおける検査室診断用の検査モジュール(6)に直接且つ緊急に接続すべき生物試料の手動導入及び回収のための自動化モジュール(1)であって、
前記自動化モジュール(1)は、前記生物試料用のチューブ(10)をそれぞれ積載する複数の搬送装置(5)が走行する、第1(2)及び第2(21)の主レーンと、2つのU字型の方向転換モジュール(4)と、第1(3)及び第2(31)の副レーンとを備え、
前記第1の副レーン(3)は、複数の前記チューブ(10)を前記複数の搬送装置(5)に導入する導入ポイント(100)と、前記複数のチューブ(10)を前記複数の搬送装置(5)から回収する回収ポイント(200)とを備えており、
前記回収ポイント(200)と前記導入ポイント(100)とは同じ前記第1の副レーン(3)に沿って順番に並んでおり、
前記回収ポイント(200)は前記導入ポイント(100)の前に位置し、前記第1の副レーン(3)から前記第1の主レーン(2)への復帰ポイントは前記導入ポイント(100)の後ろに位置し、前記順番は前記搬送装置(5)が前記回収ポイント(200)から前記導入ポイント(100)へと移動するように適応されており、
前記第1(2)及び第2(21)の主レーンと該主レーンの両端に位置する前記2つのU字型の方向転換モジュール(4)とは、前記複数の搬送装置(5)が前記副レーン(3、31)へと移送されるべく待機経路に沿って連続的に周回し続けるように適応されており、
前記第2の副レーン(31)は前記検査モジュール(6)と直接接続され、前記複数の搬送装置(5)に対する優先検査レーンとして機能するのに適しており、
前記検査モジュール(6)から去る前記複数の搬送装置(5)は前記回収ポイント(200)において前記第1の副レーン(3)に沿って待ち行列を成すのに適しており、
前記生物試料を収容した前記複数のチューブ(10)を前記複数の搬送装置(5)に導入する前記導入ポイント(100)に対応して、第1の停止ゲート(7a)と、各前記搬送装置(5)を検出するための第1のアンテナ(8a)と、各前記チューブ(10)を検出するための第1のセンサ(9a)と、各前記チューブ(10)に貼り付けられたラベル(12)上に印刷されたバーコードをバーコードリーダ(13)が検出するための前記各搬送装置(5)の回転装置(11)とを備え、
前記生物試料を収容した前記複数のチューブ(10)を前記複数の搬送装置(5)から回収する前記回収ポイント(200)に対応して、第2の停止ゲート(7b)と、各前記搬送装置(5)を検出するための第2のアンテナ(8b)と、各前記チューブ(10)を検出するための第2のセンサ(9b)と、を備えることを特徴とする自動化モジュール(1)。 - 前記複数の搬送装置(5)の前記自動化モジュール(1)全体に沿った前記移送を管理する中央制御部(50)を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動化モジュール(1)。
