Claims (2)
- 透明または半透明のシートの一方の面のみに、金型の立体模様形成面に塗布された紫外線硬化樹脂を積層した後に前記シート側から紫外線を照射して前記紫外線硬化樹脂を硬化し、離型して線画模様層を形成する線画模様形成工程と、
第1のフィルムの一方の面に金属薄膜層を形成する金属薄膜層形成工程と、
前記金属薄膜層を第2のフィルムにリボンプリンターにより印刷し、光を透過する文字形成部と、光の透過を妨げ、計器板の背景を形成する背景層と、を形成する印刷工程と、
前記第2のフィルムに印刷された前記文字形成部と前記背景層を含む前記金属薄膜層を前記透明シートまたは前記半透明シートの他方の面に熱転写法により転写する転写工程と
を有することを特徴とする金属調計器板の製造方法。 - 前記線画模様層の模様が、同心円状のスピン模様、または放射状の放射模様であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属調計器板の製造方法。
